Solid and efficient company to do business with

I have been using DigitalID's EasyBadge system since 2019 - amazingly simple systems to use. I just ping a message when resources are running low and always find them to be quick and uber efficient (shout out to Olivia Sharp), they know exactly what I'm waffling about and what I need and it all arrives the next day.
Solid company to do business with and highly recommend.

Always a pleasure

I have used Digital ID for over a year now and each time the service offered is second to none.

I would especially like to point out Sarah Qurashi. She is who I have been dealing with personally anytime I need assistance or sales related stuff and she is always eager to help and offers fantastic customer service.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Digital ID, highly recommended.

Jack Stanway was outstanding at dealing…

Jack Stanway was outstanding at dealing with the issues we raised with our ID printer. He offered step by step instructions on what to do but unfortunately they didn't work with the software I was using... However, he then provided an alternative and was nothing but helpful the whole time.

Incredible Customer Service

Sarah and her team did an absolutely brilliant job with my order. Sarah initially listen to the needs of my company, she presented me with a number of options and offered me financially attractive options for me to choose from. I needed a card printer for a deadline…

I needed a card printer for a deadline and purchased one from this company. Only then to be told that they were having problems with their ordering system so huge delay meaning I missed the deadline.

YOU NEED TO CHECK BEFORE PURCHASE THAT THEY CAN FULFILL THE ORDER

My gripe is that they should have said they could not fulfill the order before I paid for the item. Upon reviewing the reviews it appeared they had been experiencing problems for weeks.

I purchased a printer ribbon with the printer, this turned out to be the wrong printer ribbon costing £70 so now have to buy a new one because it was not compatible. Really poor. Wish I'd not purchased this printer from them. The whole order is now costing me over £800 just to print some ID cards for my staff.

I can see that my colleague contacted you to apologise for the inconvenience and prioritised your order once the issue was resolved.

On our website next to each Printer, there is a list of compatible ribbons. Unfortunately, the one which you ordered wasn’t listed and was incorrect.

I can see that you contacted our customer service team who advised that as the ribbon had been opened and placed in the machine, it was no longer deemed as re-saleable and didn’t meet the conditions for return. I’m very sorry to hear that you don’t agree with this, but I’m afraid we are unable to accept returns of products incorrectly ordered that cannot be re-sold.

Do not purchase from this company. Machine is faulty and they would not send a replacement. I have been waiting 9 weeks for a replacement to be sent but they will not send one and will not reply to emails. Scam of a company

Magicard part enquiry.

I’ve not purchased yet, just made an enquiry for a magicard part.

I used live chat which was answered immediately by Olivia. A human.

My question required a check and was promised a response via email.
This happened shortly after.

Decent to see a company do what they say and me not needing to chase them.

Placed an order that was showing in…

Placed an order that was showing in stock, finally received 6 weeks later. tried to phone many times(got fed up listening to the same George Ezra song). Tried to email many times, finally was lucky with online chat.
Poor communication unfortunately, had to buy elsewhere whilst waiting.

A digital ID can be presented electronically to prove an individual's identity and their right to access information or services online. I have ordered a easybadge ribbon and been given a 2 week delivery date. After waiting 2 weeks, received another email with extra 1 month delivery date.
This is a joke, we cannot wait 2 months for ribbon to be delivered. Not recommending this company to but from.
