Completely unreliable delivery estimate and bad customer service

I placed an order through their website with an expected delivery of 3-5 days on the 26 of October. Today is the 15 of November (20 days later!!) and I still don’t have my order and they didn’t have a clue of when was it gonna be delivered. I sent many messages to them and the only answer they could give was “maybe you will get it next week”. Their ultimate solution then was to cancel the order (and I will have to wait for up to 7 days to get the money back) and that I sort myself out with another shop. Terrible service, terrible solution. This was the first item I tried to buy with them and it will be the last, never more! Avoid this shop!
