Very happy with Dimehouse's customer service!!
My very nice bar table was delivered with a small chopped wooden corner. A real shame! I contacted customer service and after a few emails back and forth they organised to have my table picked up and a new one delivered the same day (which turned out to be the same morning, which was very convenient for me). Lisa from customer service was very friendly and efficient and answered my queries very quickly.

Bad experience with the company
Bad experience with the company
I had to contact the customer service 4 times! First because they did not deliver the whole order. Then because the chairs came without screws. Then they sent the wrong screws... Yes, that happens too. Then I get the right ones, see that the chairs are too high and send them back. No refunds for a month, until I ... you guessed it! Not until I contacted the customer service. Good customer service though!
Also, the finish on the 300 Eur table already started chipping off.
I do not recommend, save yourself some trouble and search elsewhere

Luxorious table at reasonable price
We ordered the mangowood 160x90 dining table at Dimehouse.
The table arrived on time and in great condition.
It was very easy and quick to put it together and since, we enjoy having festive dinners and breakfasts at this luxorious table!

The table is beautiful. It is very sturdy and well made and looks lovely in my space. Service from Dimehouse was great. Order was received in less than a week. I got the table on sale as well which made it an even better deal. I am very happy with it. Highly recommend the product and the company.

Even the third attempt from Dimehouse was wrong!
Even the third attempt from Dimehouse could not deliver the right products. I don't understand how one can deliver wrongs items even in the third attempt. I ordered dining chairs but received bar chairs, then wrong color and then again wrong color. I have spent more time in following-up with Dimehouse than ordering my original order. I have never had such a pathetic experience with any furniture shops in NL.

The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever encountered !
I ordered my chairs mid January And never received them !
The communication with them is really bad and slow , ( by phone they never pick up , by mail you need to wait a couple of days for a reply that is never complete). now they informed me that chairs are out of stock (even if one week ago they notified me that the order has been shipped )
This customer service is ridiculous , I cannot understand why they are so well rated in the internet ....

seperate deliveries, damaged items but good support
One order came in seperate deliveries. Some pieces were missing for a chair, and the table was damaged during transportation. However, the support was very reactive and within a few days we had the full set of chairs and the table replaced

Really bad service
Really bad service, takes whole lots of time. My order was sent i two different transports and had to ask for one item because they forgot to send it despite the fact that it was standing of the packing list and the bill. After I contacted them about it they said “ sorry we gon send it right away” and still had to wait a week before they’ve actually sent it.. unprofessional, that’s the right word to describe thier service...
