I used it send airtime from ph to ghana and it worked. But the 2nd time, it's not going thru anymore. I used card, Google pay and paypal but everything is not working anymore. I tried signing up with different number and email but the app is no longer proceeding with sending airtime anymore

It's been easy to send data overseas. Ding rarely breaks, but when it does, it's pretty easy to fix. You also get a text a couple of days before a recurring event so you'll know in advance if something is broken and can fix it before you're charged. I've been using Ding for a few years. It's trustworthy and dependable.
