Never ever use this scum site! I had to urgently top up Spanish sim cart for 20 euros and commission was 7!

The good: top ups to mobiles are fast (at least they are when topping up mobiles in Tonga from Australia). The service seems to be reliable (I've used it a dozen times or more).
The bad: Ding is essentially a money transfer operator which pays out recipients in mobile phone credit. The overall exchange rate one gets is extremely bad. If you’re not desperate, it’s much better value to send money to the recipient so they can top up their phone locally.
Summary: If you're in a bind and need to send mobile credit to someone urgently, Ding will save your bacon. But be prepared to pay a lot for the convenience.

Ding it's the best site on the internet for recharging. The offers are more advantageous than on other sites, and the customer service is impeccable. After using it for the first time, the experience has been exceptional. The best in their field for sure!!

I accidentally clicked on Ding to recharge my prepaid mobile.
Not only did I get a 40 percent 'sevice fee' (28 dollars for a 20 dollar recharge), but I tried twice, was charged twice and received nothing for it.
As the transactions are still pending I can't follow up with my bank yet.
Don't waste your time with a third party. Go straight to your service provider so you don't get ripped off like I did.

Ding makes it easy and safe to send a phone top-up to parts of the world where it is hard to send other support from the US.

MAJOR BUGS & NO APP UPDATES!!
I've heen using ding for 5 years and never had a problem in that time. HOWEVER since a major redesign in the app for android in April 2025 the app fails to send credit! This has been going on now for 28 days. Customer service agents are not qualified and are very unhelpful. As an expert myself, I've explained what needs to be done and to pass my notes onto their chief software engineers and senior manager's. This has NOT happened and therfore must be costing the ding shareholders millions of dollars in lost revenue. The DING APP needs an UREGNT SOFTWARE UPDATE for android. Until this has been done ding will continue to loose revenue and customers. Symtoms: Payments keep buffering and failing to top up numbers. Payments of ANY formats are simply not going through. My personal thoughts now are... Has ding been a victim of a cyber attack? No one in customer services know what to do and thier knowledge is very limited. Although they are very apologetic this doesn't help loyal ding customers. Please sort this out and at least give some answers/updates. UPDATE: Being contacted by multiple different agents that don't have training or understanding on this major outage is absolutely incredulous! This needs to go to senior management. As far as " We cant find Your details" For Goodness Sake. I have Been emailed by 4 different agents two of which I received this morning. I'm just totally shocked on the total lack of competence from Ding to resolve this Major Bug Issue!!

I purchased credits for about 20$ Canadian funds..the recipient never received these credits. I was given the the run around for 6 days and they refused to give me a refund. I disputed the charge with my bank. Better of choosing REBTEL or RECHARGE as they are honest and will fix any issue. I will also report them to the BBB.

If someone need a top up urgently, don't use ding, because it could take up to 7 working days before you get a refund if the person does not receive it. Extremely disappointed with the service.
