Very happy with my purchase, I bought 2 cases, 1 with a hard back and 1 without and I am very happy with both

This is the first case I have bought from Dipsoda and I absolutely love it! So often cases bought online turn out to be a disappointment so I was really relieved to find that this brand is actually as lovely in real life as it appears in the photos. The case is lovely and glossy, with a high-quality marble design. Really classy. I also went for the impact case because it’s well worth the extra protection. Will definitely be shopping here again in the future. Very happy customer :)

I ordered close to Christmas and my order still arrived promptly within a few days. I was kept up to date on the progress of my order and delivery with helpful emails.
The phone case arrived in sturdy packaging that was tighly secured shut.
The product itself is of good quality and has so far been better than other cases I've had for this same phone. Other cases (not from DIPSODA) have started to wear away the colour/design at the edges, whereas so far my DIPSODA case has remained intact.
My phone is a Samsung S10 so it's hard to find companies that provide cases as most only cater to iPhone. DIPSODA cater to iphone as well as android so I will definitely be ordering again.

Awful!! Didn’t receive phones case I’d ordered only air pod case and when that came the lid didn’t fit at all.

I sent back a phone case which they received well over a week ago (it was tracked so I have the confirmation) but I haven’t heard from them since. I have emailed them and sent a contact form but they aren’t answering me. I wouldn’t order from them again as their customer service is very poor

I am really unhappy with the phone case I received. It looks nothing like the photo on their website. I have tried to fb message and email them, but they haven't replied to either of my messages. Would definitely never order anything from them again!

It took 5 days to dispatch my order, I am still waiting for my case and it's been 14 days.
I understand there are delays due to postal strikes at the moment but I am unsure why it took 5 days to even be dispatched? I orderd a brand new phone which I needed a case for and it's been two weeks since the phone arrived and I was so hoping to have the case by now.
There is also no tracking number, and the app suggested I dowloaded (shop) only lists my case as dispatched, no other tracking information.
A faster dispatch time would be good in the future, or better communication if there are going to be any delays.

Was kept up to date with my order even though we've had a post strike my products still arrived quickly. Beautiful and great quality

I love my new phone case!! Not only is it truly gorgeous it feels really sturdy too. I have dropped my phone a couple of time since purchasing the case (wouldn't recommend it) but the case (and my phone) survived without a scratch. Delivery was quick, and it was also very well packaged...All in all a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience

Love Dipsoda cases! My go to website for phone cases! I love the snap on cases, they also offer tough cases and they have so many beautiful designs, website doesn’t do the designs justice so pretty in person! Definitely recommend😊

Quick service /delivery- easy to order. Ordered an impact version - no issues, the fit is secure. Outer hard case design is great and true to website image. Note though that the hard shell material is totally smooth and so less tactile for grip.

Trendy phone case which looked just like it did in the photos. My son loves it! Arrived when stated and was good value. Great service and great product.

I decided to purchase a case from Dipsoda as the designs on their cases were really to my taste and they offer cases at very competitive price! I purchased the summer love snap gloss case for my iPhone 13 pro max. The shipping was incredibly fast (and FREE!!) and the item arrived in 3 days. Tracking info for shipping was also provided which I found to be really helpful. The packaging that the case arrived in was a lovely rose gold and inside the parcel the case was in a satin bag - a really lovely touch. The parcel itself was small enough to fit through my letterbox and didn’t contain any additional tissue paper etc which I think is great for the environment as often I find packages contain unnecessary wrapping which ends up straight in the recycling bin. The case itself is the best quality i’ve ever had, it feels hard wearing and durable whilst still being thin enough to not add any extra weight or thickness to my phone. I really like that there is a raised lip around the camera section as this prevents the phones cameras from being damaged if i put my phone down on a hard surface. The design of the phone case is true to the images displayed on the website and is of really high quality resolution. The design also covers the sides of the case and the pattern is matched to every single millimetre. I highly doubt I will use any other phone case company now!

I've been looking for a case brand that protects my phone, but still looks stylish and sleek. Which is hard to find! Typically, the genuinely protective cases are bulky and ugly.

But I am very happy I found Dipsoda! I ordered 2 cases on your buy 1 get one 50% off offer, and I was pleasantly surprised at how protective the Impact cases really are! The edges are raised so that a fall shouldn't impact the phone, and the cases themselves feel sturdy, and well built. The designs are stunning, and I'm very happy with my purchase!

I made a slight error when ordering my cases, and the customer service was brilliant. Explained my query quickly, and immediately found a way I could reorder the right item without losing out on my offer price. Great brand and service, and I will definitely keep using whenever I have a new phone!

2 requests:

1) I hope one day you could offer Pop socket designs to match to your cases, that would be awesome.

And,

2) I hope you could one day offer some patterned 'clear' cases. Where you can still see some of the colour and design of the phone itself, but still have the protection and style of a Dipsoda pattern.

It was all very quick and simple. I went on the website to find a phone case for my new phone. I looked at all of the amazing cover choices. There were so many beautiful ones. I chose a gorgeous mint green cover with bronze and black veins running through. It looks amazing like quartz. On clicking on it I was offered a second case at a discount so I took a fabulous blue and pink one of a similar design. Payment was simple and straightforward. The phone cases arrived the next day! All beautifully wrapped. Thaa Ss no you so much. X

Since I got the cover I have received more compliments about my phone than my amazing looks. Highly recommend to everybody!

I am very happy with my new iphone 13 case. I really like the design. It doesn’t make the phone look bulky.
The material is good and durable. I have dropped my phone a couple of times but there has been no marks and scratches on either the phone or the case.
