Terrible!!

Terrible!!!
They promised me to call me back the same day as when I've lost my luggage, but I've heard nothing.
When I try to call them I get voicemail, I've been calling 6 days in a row right now, it's always voicemail.
I even went to the airport, and it's the same answer as the day they will check the status of my lost luggage and will call me. But, as expected, they didn't called me back

My flight from Jeddah to Brussels…

My flight from Jeddah to Brussels diverted to Paris. Due to no communication from the airline I was not able to receive my bag on time. With the help of the staff from Dirby I received my bags within no time. The company can be proud of their staff they are so helpful and make a big difference in the travel experience.

On December 25

On December 25, 2025, I took a flight with EasyJet from Lisbon to Lyon (reservation KBDDCC8). My daughter's suitcase was damaged during transport, losing a wheel. A complaint was filed at a Dirby terminal, including a detailed description of the damage and supporting photographs. To date, despite my contact with Dirby, I have not received any response or action aimed at resolving the problem.
I´m still waiting for Dirby to contact my daughter to solve the question of the damage lugage.

A big disappointment

I made a missing luggage at the Paris Orly airport on 01/01/2026 and there they use the system of Dirby. After declaration, I received a very simple e-mail, containing only a "temporary" reference number. No other explanation, no information about how to track the status of the demand, no means of contact.

When I called the airline company for the missing luggage declaration, they asked me the reference number of the report created at the airport. The "temporary" that Dirby sent is not the one they can use.

It has been 2 weeks now, Dirby did not send any follow up information, nor a proper reference number.

I am very very much disappointed from their service. The Paris Orly Airport should stop using their services.

Amazing support!

I had a very stressful experience with Volotea company because they were not giving me any information about where my luggage was and they were not willing to help me at all. Thankfully, Dirby and in particular Salomé, helped me tremendously. She was incredibly empathetic and truly went above and beyond to support me.
She contacted her colleagues at Orly Airport several times to make sure my suitcase was there — and they found it! The whole process took very little time, and I felt constantly supported, understood, and reassured by Salomé.
I truly wish everyone could find a person like Salomé when facing a difficult situation: efficient, empathetic, and very responsive. Thank you so much for your help!

Incompetent!

Incompetent!
I logged a damage luggage ticket. 3 days later only, they replied to ask for more info. I did so within 2 days, but then they did not respond or process it.

As I followed up, they said, sorry it's been over 7 days and therefore we can't process the request. What a shock! They have been ignoring me since.

To note also that: the booth to lodge the request did not allow to take a picture, when it's a requirement for this company to process the request. And they only replied 3 days later to ask for the photo, when it should be a simple copy paste that should take less than a minute...

Sheer incompetence!
The airport or the transport company should not work with such a provider.

This is one of the worst companies I…

This is one of the worst companies I have ever come across in my lifetime. My baggage went missing on 12th July 2025 on an Air Corsica flight to lyon.

Despite repeated efforts to contact this company. I have heard nothing from them. They have a message centre on your lost baggage and none of my messages have been read since 25th July. I have sent numerous messages since this date. Given that this company is supposed to have expertise in baggage handling. I would steer clear of using them.

If I could give them less then one star I would.
