Nice working with the company

Very good customer service. Was having a bit of trouble with a different service so went with Direct Carpet. Decent pricing and got the job done with no issues.

We have been looking several years for a replacement of our 2005 engineered hardwood. Went into Direct Carpet One in Goodyear several times. Every time we left we came away with valuable information that led us to our decision.

In addition to learning about quality flooring, we also received a written professional quote. We had received several quotes and Direct Carpet was the only one that did not inflate the amount of product that we needed. Our quotes varied over $8,000.00 and the square footage difference was over 300 square feet.

We purchased a great product: Invincible H2O Solidcore that was professionally installed in less than two days. We have one box and one plank left over which is enough if we ever need to have a repair done.

Everything went perfect from inquiring about the type of flooring that would best fit our needs, to purchasing, delivery, and timely installation.

In addition, everyone is very resourceful and willing to recommend products or vendors that they work with.

Finally, there is a resource in the West Valley that has quality product offerings, a fair price, and impeccable delivery/installation.

Great carpet and the process was pretty easy except for my daughter had to wait for the carpet to come. It was a couple hours late. Then the installers were supposed to put the the furniture back but did not... and my daughter had to. I think the furniture was to heavy for my daughter to do it by herself but she did

We were looking for a while to find a flooring we liked. I would find something and then I would get the run around at other stores. Frustrated, I looked on the internet. Luckily, I found the Direct Carpet One Floor and Home website. I went to their store on Redfield. I was greeted by Julie. She was very helpful. She was flexible with our schedule and had a great selection of flooring to choose from. They were very prompt with delivery and installation. Their prices for flooring was also very competitive with other stores. They made me feel like I was a person and not a number. I would definitely recommend Direct Carpet One Floor and Home to anyone who needs flooring. The only negative aspect of Direct Carpet One Floor and Home I found is that they do not sell or install Baseboard Moulding.

From start to finish Direct Carpet Floor and Home are the best! The choice of products are great, Dave was great to walk me through the process. TAT from purchase to delivery and installation-outstanding! The installers were on time, clean and detail oriented! I highly recommend this company and their team!
