From the moment the carpet one representative, Dave, came to our home with samples I felt comfortable and relaxed about our choice for carpet. Never any pressure and plenty of great input and ideas was the name of the game. Quality and price were on point. We worried about install having heard some horror stories with other companies. There installers at Carpet One are part of their staff. They were professional, clean, and put all our fears to rest. Highly recommend Carpet One and Dave for your flooring needs.

From my visit into the showroom to the fantastic Fabrica carpet being installed, our experience with Direct Carpet One in Scottsdale was five star! Our salesman, Frank, was at the ready to provide us with a detailed invoice of what it would cost, while striving to please us at every step along the way. It was a wonderful company to do business with... highly recommend Frank and his team of installers if you want it done right.

We had a great experience. Our sales representative was professional, very knowledgeable, offered many product options, researched questions with answers in a timely manner, polite & thoughtful to our limited timeframe. DCO products are competatively priced & installers were all engineers & artists in their craft. Very neat & accurate.

Frank was excellent!!! Since we were not in town to meet with him to make selections, he took great care (i.e. lots of time) to work with us remotely to make selecting our wood-look vinyl planks and carpet seamless. The installation guys also did a great job and we are very pleased.

Our first experience with Direct Carpet One was very positive. All of the staff in the store were very helpful, but not pushy. Our sales rep, Dave S., explained many of the different options and helped us make a quality carpet choice for our bedrooms (along with much patience in answering many questions we had regarding the various carpet types and mills). The installation team also did a good job and was pleasant to work with. The pricing was also competitive. We will return for more of our flooring needs.

This was an excellent carpet installation. The installer was the best we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I guess I should say that he pricing was also outstanding, but the quality of the installation made was the big difference from competition.

excellent upfront, middle, and end product. had a small issue and they were out the next day to fix the problem. have used carpet one in gilbert, back in Pennsylvania, and now again in Scottsdale ... none better!
