I paid extra for free cancellation and so a total of £26 for a booking which was ‘fully refundable’. I then cancelled and the refund email I said the full refund amount is £19. I can’t find an email either and the chatbot is not helpful

Able to search sailing dates, prices & options quickly and easily. Searched many dates & prices and system was quick and responsive. Once I had made my decision I was able to book quickly with no hassles.

Good service
Ferries departure and arrival were on time.
We took a night ferry and left a camera onboard. We contacted the customer helpline the next morning when they opened and they managed to locate and bring the camera back for us within hours. Kudos to the helpful and efficient staff
