Product was great, exactly what was needed. Quality seems good. What was not good, was the communication. I requested an ETA and carrier name at least 3 times before getting a response. I left a voicemail that was never returned, and sent several emails that were eventually answered, but left me wondering if you were running a scam. Obviously, I know your company is legit now, but really, you need to improve on this.

First off finding the parts for these 20 plus year old windows on line was a blessing. At first by mistake I ordered the wrong part but was happy to receive a full refund which I then used to order the correct part needed. It is now installed and the window works like a charm. Good service and although I had to pay return shipping fees, I was not charged anything else. Great company to deal with.
