Can't cancel and cannot contact them.
They have made it almost impossible to cancel a discountlock and very challenging to contact them. If you try contacting them you (even if you are logged in) have to solve a very difficult CAPTCHA. I have never had to solve a CAPTCHA if I am logged in. This is a tarball company.

Did what they promised
I extended a magazine subscription through Discountmags, and it worked to perfection. It took awhile for the renewal to kick in, but then Discountmags said it would take awhile. For me, they did what they promised, and I saved some money by ordering through them. From now on, I'll renew all my magazines with them. Glad they're there for me.

I placed an order for a subscription…
I placed an order for a subscription for my son on June 16. It is now 16 weeks later and I have emailed DiscountMags twice to ask them whether I should still be expecting to receive this magazine. I received an automated response both times saying I could expect a response within 15 days. The first 15 days passed so I emailed them again. I am now a week into my send batch of 15 days and I still have received no response. I trusted this site because I looked it up and it seemed to be reliable, I am now feeling very let down.
