Horrible customer service! Tried signing up jumping through more hoops than someone getting top secret clearance and still not able to logon. Been on hold for hours waiting for a representative to get help. Either they only have one person working or they have so many unsatisfied customers calling that they can’t handle the chaos they’ve created! Not the Disney Walt created. Shame on you Disney. Not a fan anymore.
The never-ending problems of Disney+
Anytime I go to sit down and watch something I get hit with a new error and then when you go to search it up, you guys just blame the TV and the Wi-Fi but then when you reset that go figure it’s a different error if not the same one , then when you get through all that you gotta get through the show or movie just stopping randomly for about five minutes and then buffering and then another error!! That’s even if you can make an account and get in, I’m writing this from my couch right now after it told me my account was all set, but I’m staring at my TV screen that won’t let me do anything without me scanning the QR code… agian🔥🔥

Disney Abandons Active Duty Military with New Household Policy
As an active duty service member, I’m incredibly disappointed with Disney's recent changes to their household policy. While deployed or stationed away from home, I can no longer access the Disney account I’ve paid for and maintained for years — simply because I’m not physically at my “household location.”
This policy shows a complete disregard for military members who sacrifice being home to serve. Disney expects us to somehow verify a household we can’t physically be at, or forces us to open and pay for another account just because we’re doing our jobs. It feels like we’re being penalized for serving our country.
Other streaming platforms recognize the realities of military life and don’t punish us for being away. Disney's failure to consider the needs of military families and individuals shows they care more about squeezing money out of loyal customers than supporting those who serve.

Shittest streaming app out there. Have to log in twice as first attempt only reloads the app. Once in, it's a coin toss as to whether or not content will actually stream or constantly freeze (when your internet connection is great) with zero help to fix.
Disney/Hulu bundle sign in malfunction
Paid for a disney/Hulu package and had to immediately get a refund because I could not sign in to Hulu through disney plus. Irritating process. Disney plus does not upload enough new content to even want it after all the complications.

Disney Plus have been taking money from my Amex credit card for over 2 years and the money has been used in error to pay for someone else's subsciption and they refused to refund or even to stop taking the payments! Thankfully Amex have helped and blocked the card. DO NOT use Disney Plus!!!
4k does not work on PC, it is a scam
When I bought the premium subscription they promised 4k resolution. It does not work, all films are playing back with 720p (or even 480p?) resolution, very pixelated. I've tried on Windows and Linux, in Firefox and Chrome, nothing works. 4k does not even work in their own Windows app. No way to get a refund. Disney+ is a scam.

Stupid adverts and all gambling ones. Paddy Power will never get my money and I doubt anyone else's.
Advert before programme, advert after programme intro then another one about 10 minutes later so 3 in about 15 minutes, all casino or gambling apps. So dumb.
Won't be continuing after the 4 months at £1.99. Utter rubbish.

Trying to watch the cricket- so many ads for a streaming platform that charges so much.
Also need to use sub titles and these are the worst I’ve encountered anywhere.

App che si blocca in continuazione, lenta nell'avviarsi ed inoltre perde la sincronizzazione tra audio e video oppure riparte accelerata senza audio e questo succede sia su smartphone che sulla TV. L'utilizzo diventa snervante. Ho disdetto l'abbonamento. Attenzione, se eliminate l'account dovete prima disdire l'abbonamento altrimenti continueranno ad addebitare il canone.
I agree with the other negative comments. The app constantly crashes, is slow to launch, and also loses sync between audio and video, or restarts quickly without sound. This happens on both smartphones and TVs. Using it is becoming frustrating. I've canceled my subscription. Be careful, if you delete your account, you must cancel the subscription first, otherwise they will continue to charge you.

I pay for this app and expect to be able to login with my verification code, etc anywhere because I travel for work. You are only allowed to use it on certain tvs then you no longer have access to the login unless you pay for the app again. You would think they would have a better setup and not so controlled for paying customers. Greedy is all I have to say!

Website is absolutely horrible. It wants me to "complete subscription" by taking me to a billing page to go to a higher subscription. Which would be okay except it never loads! And I can't use it all or watch anything because it won't let me go past this via mobile, tv, or pc. So bad.
Too political and too aggressively sexual for children
What can I say other than the expected family friendly Disney model is no longer anything like the ideal image created by Walt. Even if I agreed with every politically pressured piece of propaganda they put out, I would still feel like I was betraying Disney himself. It's just sad now and I am a progressive Democrat. Time and place, guys! Time and place!
