A Lifetime Warrantee Against the Structure of Your ChesterfieldOur talented craftsmen pride themselves on producing furniture of the highest quality; each piece is thoroughly inspected prior to freight packing to ensure a wholly pleasurable experience for you, upon receiving your chesterfield. This guarantee covers you against the frame and structure of your chesterfield, including the joints, suspension and any components.
A 12-Month Warrantee Against the Sofa’s CoveringThis year-long warrantee covers the sofa’s covering (the leather or fabric it’s upholstered in) against any defects, which are not considered a natural quality of the bovine hide or fabric. Marks and scars are completely normal within 100% bovine hides, and further cement the fact that all our pieces are completely authentic.

Gorgeous sofa
Gorgeous sofa. Easy to order and deliver was relatively swift. Delivery men seemed a bit grumpy and wanted help bringing it in (there were 2 of them - no access issues). Also it would be good to get updated, I had to call to ensure payment had been received and order was being processed. I would use this company again though.

Distinctive Chesterfield is NOT distinctive at all
The cushions that were sent are exactly similar to earlier ones. They are not firm and not appropriately aligned. It looks like the outsourcing is not carefully selected or not quality controlled. We still think this is NOT value for money.

I chose my sofas online which was a bit scary as it's a big and expensive purchase. Several photos ecalks and leather samples sent I picked my sofas, arranged finance and they came a week later. Brilliant delivery service too. Couldn't be happier
