What can i say about this company well they take no responsibility after the door has been purchased through the supplier
I have been after I replacement broken glass and door cassette I called them and they told me to contact the person or company who supplied the door which I no longer deal with so they told me to use other companies in my area I have called them and they are not willing to help because I did not buy the door from them
So now what !!
I'm stuck with broken glass in a door that's absolutely useless a safety hazard and security risk.
They go on about warranties but they do not Honor them themselves they leave it up to the supplier or the installer to sort it out
So what happens if the company or the supplier are no long trading?? it's ridiculous my advice to anyone is to look elsewhere for your doors do not use this company
You will be wasting your time effort and your money

Awful experience. They used a rogue cowboy trader who ripped us off for £1500 and refuse to help at all. There are far better alternatives out there. When things go wrong distinction doors don’t want to know. And they have no due diligence when it comes to selecting contractors.

Phoned this morning the prices quoted was nowhere near the price on website very misleading will not be ordering anything from here😒😒

Our relationship with Distinctive Doors and the experience of purchasing a door/hardware, etc has been outstanding. The door and hardware are beautiful and met all of our expectations.
There were some installation questions and trouble shooting that were expertly cared for over the phone.
All aspects of our experience were outstanding. My only concern is that I don't have more doors to replace.

My go to door supplier, been using them for the last few years and have replaced near enough all doors in my house. I really hope they carry on trading after all this as they are 5 star and thats for both product and customer service.

Ordered a door in the middle of the lockdown. Was emailed straight away to say there would be a delay with delivery and offered me a refund. I decided to wait and was contacted shortly after by Ricky who arranged the delivery personally. Unfortunately, the door delivered was incorrect and poor old Ricky had to make a second journey to deliver the correct door which he did straight away without hesitation. The door looks beautiful up now. I am really happy with the quality of the product and the excellent service provided by Ricky. Would definitely recommend.

We ordered a gorgeous oak fully glazed internal door. It was a replacement for a wickes one we had delivered that was damaged and cheap looking. We were so pleased with the quality, service and the delivery and the door looks great. We are now planning our next purchase.

I bought one door and will buy 12 more plus frames and skirting. Next week. Easy website. Great follow up person to person contact. Well done.

We had just visited Distinctive Doors before the coronavirus outbreak, spoke with Ricky in the sales team that was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also suggested the name of a chap called Richard who may be able to fit them for us. We placed our order under advice on their website they were temporarily closed. However, Ricky made contact with us to say they had the doors and handles in stock and could arrange for them to be delivered. Even though through the difficulties of the coronavirus the doors were delivered as promised. We have been delighted that Richard was happy to get on with fitting them. We are highly delighted with the delivery process, the quality of the doors and handles, along with Richard who made a truly amazing job. This was the final part of renovating the inside of our property and they have truly transformed it. Thank you to everybody involved.

The door is perfect and beautifully constructed. I wanted to support a local business during this lockdown and they were quick and courteous.

Ordered 2 Oak doors in early March and they were still delivered even though the country had gone in to lock down. Was kept informed of delivery schedule and they arrived on time.

Very happy with the doors. I ordered full doorsets ie with frames and iron mongery and pre-varnished which made the install very easy. They look great.
