Great service, with good communication. The door is excellent quality, and yet the price was low.
What's not to like.

Ordered six doors online.Was contacted about delivery and date and time was arranged.Doors were delivered by a courteous driver/delivery person.When asked if we could help,this was refused.Doors were delivered packaged for transporting and arrived as expected.Would certainly have no reservations about ordering again from Distinctive Doors Ltd.

The doors are beautiful! Delivery was slightly before the delivery window on a Sunday morning which we didn’t mind, but the messages we received warning the delivery wouldn’t be attempted without us answering their phone call on the Thursday prior, were unhelpful as we were both out of signal that day. All worked out in the end though, and like I said, the doors are stunning!

Haven't received my door yet so can't comment on it but incredibly disappointed that I was only offered a one day,one time slot opportunity for delivery. I had to be at work that day so couldn't accommodate that particular delivery day. Apparently as the company use their own delivery drivers I was told that I would now have to wait until a driver happened to be in my area again but they didn't know when that was going to be. Maybe in two weeks? Doors aren't shipped with a waterproof shrink wrap so can't be left in a designated area. Have had to cancel the carpenter and delay the building work until I hear from them again telling me that a driver is passing by my way - have no idea when that might be

Fantastic service. Even when I made a mistake with my size it was not a problem to get a replacement. Delivery process was great and I was kept informed if date and time. Great company. Thank you!

Great experience from buying and having the doors hanged.. I had to change some of the doors sizes and this was also hassle free.
