Poor service
Poor service, internal delays, bad communication. Going back and forth to get clarification on matters is painful. Direct questions are asked and ignored, there's no telephone number to speak to anyone directly and it takes several days to get a response to any communication sent. I'm into double digit email numbers to get a response to something that could have been clarified in one good email communication.

I have now been able to review your file and can see that we did act quickly when your Consent Order paperwork arrived. My colleague Laura dealt with a number of questions/queries raised from you and the other party all without any additional charge.
There had been a number of email exchanges all answered within our SLA reply time of 2-3 working days, so I am afraid I cannot agree with you that our service was below standard on this occassion.

I was very impressed with this service, beyond my expectations. Not only was this one of the cheapest offers, the service was excellent and provided by a dedicated manager. This was particularly important when I had to look for the appropriate paperwork and was helpfully guided through this process. I used you due to not having the finances to go mainstream Over all its a good service the issues was my financial agrrement wasn't straight forward due to not understanding how the respondent pensions impacted the agreement It was all resolved by attending court this was traumatic I should of looked into the procedures more i thoght fill out a few forms and thst would be it So any pitfalls were mine I would recommend this service but would recommend gathering all your information before proceeding
