Item delivered promptly but was obviously a previous customer return. Dirty crumpled box but all complete so perfectly usable.
Scanning Dollhouse wallpapers!
I needed to have two dollhouse wallpapers scanned to pick out certain colours and have them mixed into Valspar sample pots. Lisa, the staff member who served me, could not have given a better "customer service" if she tried! She was professional but also very friendly and helpful. I left my local (Clacton) store, feeling very satisfied with my purchase!

Needed a basin tap for a refurbishment. As prices have gone up thought I'd look on the b&q website. I'm a trade point customer for that doesn't mean a lot as the discounts have pretty much disappeared. After 5 or 10 minutes of browsing it became pretty obvious that everything is just drop shipped. No stock investment, you're not able to actually look at the item in the shop before purchase so pretty much pointless. Went to Toolstation around the corner where you don't have to work on the checkout yourself, the person serving you has a pretty decent knowledge of everything and you've got it for a reasonable price. Careful kingfisher don't treat your customers as fools.
Absolutely disgraceful service
Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered paint last week still not delivered and was told it was cancelled. Yet I still have no notification. They said it was out of stock when it clearly isn’t I can still order the exact same paint and it’s in store. The service is so bad. Phoned and was told I will get a cancellation email still haven’t had that and they have stole my money and don’t have any notification that I am getting it back. I WILL NEVER USE B AND Q Again. So don’t order if you don’t want things delivered and your money stolen. I better get my money back.

I had a really positive experience at B&Q during my bathroom consultation, thanks to Cavan.
He was genuinely helpful, friendly and patient throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and did his absolute best to show us suitable matches and options for the bathroom. Nothing felt rushed, and it was clear that he wanted to help us make the right decision.
His customer service was brilliant, and he made the consultation feel much easier and more enjoyable. Cavan is a real credit to B&Q, and I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for bathroom advice.

Be warned, when B&Q cancel your order out of the blue they keep your money for two weeks. This was for garden furniture so not just a few pounds. Now I have no product and no money to replace it with.

Excellent customer service
We had an appointment with an advisor who's name was Anne at the B and Q store at St. Andrews Quay in Hull. Anne was excellent and made our experience very positive and we came away with an understanding what changes could be made in our bathroom. Would recommend this service to anyone who needs help with any changes needed and if you get Anne to guide you that is an added bonus.

Ordered from & paid B & Q online. Without my knowledge they passed my order to Toolstation. Should have been delivered 22/23 April but Evri were still stating parcel not received. Now 24th it’s not been delivered & I’m being told I just have to wait.

The products are good but the delivery of one of the items was pathetic. Delivery number: 1061919603
I ordered 3 full packs of ceramic tiles Product code : 5063022581266
The delivery driver called a few minutes before delivery and asked to come downstairs in my flat. When i went downstairs, he handed me the 3 boxes of 6 tiles each and left. He didn’t bother to bring them inside the building or in my house even though I have an elevator. I think he just didn’t want to carry the heavy tiles.
I had to carry the heavy tiles from the apartment’s main door all the way to my home on the 4th floor.
I ordered delivery specifically so I wouldn’t have to do the heavy lifting but I had to do it anyway.
It was highly disappointing and annoying.
I only received a message about the delivery timings and didn’t receive any email for tracking or leaving a review for the delivery service otherwise I would’ve.
Kindly feed this back to the delivery service and driver so it can be improved.

What a disappointment- bought Inlight…
What a disappointment- bought Inlight Velho Polished Clear Nickel effect Ribbed Cylinder Lamp shade (D)22.3cm online and the suggested bulb - electrician came to install it - but the pendant is too small and the shade doesn’t come with a larger one. The information claims you can just hang it on a normal pendant - you can’t, needs to be bigger so I couldn’t use the light bulb either. After over an hour on and off hold the actual store rang me - the electrician explained the issue to the manager - I then spoke to him he was unpleasant and accusational - very depressing and rather upsetting. I won’t buy from B and Q again. Why sell a product that clearly needs some other things to make it function correctly. And why did the manager need to be unkind.

Roneo Corner store are rubbish
Roneo Corner store: You tell your customers to check the stock availability in store on the website. I did this. 23 pieces of wood in stock. When I got to the store, there wasn't any in the display rack. A chat with the help desk and they told me the 23 pieces were in stock but were in the warehouse because they hadn't been put out yet. Tried a click and collect order as advised by the help desk. They said the stock would be put out overnight ready for collection the following day. Order accepted. One hour later order refunded with the message there was no stock in store.
Checked stock in other stores, Barking had ,18 pieces. Did a home delivery order for a few days time. Received a notification of delivery from Barking. In the morning a B&Q truck turned up delivering to a neighbour. After they had received their items, your man came to us with 3 pieces of wood, I'd ordered 5. The man said they only had 3 in stock, I said I'd ordered from Barking, he said he was delivering from the Southend store. He said his paperwork only showed 3 pieces on my order and he didn't know what would happen to the remaining 2 pieces of wood. I rang your help line and spoke to a lady. She said she would ring Barking and find out what was happening. She put me on hold and I waited. After a short time she came back and said the store wasn't answering and as she had been on the phone for 20 minutes, she had to hang up and would get the Barking store to ring me within 24 hours. My phone times the calls I make. She wasn't on the phone for 20 minutes. It was only 6 minutes.
I looked up phone number for Barking and called them myself. A lady called Debbie answered immediately and I explained all that had happened. She said she would investigate and call me back. 10 minutes later she called me back and asked if I knew how Southend store had got involved as she couldn't understand it. I said I didn't and confirmed that I'd ordered my wood from Barking. She traced my order number and again said she would call me back. 5 minutes later she did and said she had arranged to have my missing 2 pieces of wood delivered that afternoon. A man called Jason arrived and hour or so later to deliver my missing pieces of wood. He was very apologetic on behalf of B&Q and did his best to put right all the issues as detailed above.

What are they doing in the Roneo store? Seems to me like they have no idea what is going on or what is in the warehouse. The stock checker was updated before the stock was put out and when they cancelled my click and collect, someone in store cancelled it, presumably because it wasn't in the rack lineside without checking what was in the warehouse. Final thing, when I originally asked about getting the wood from the warehouse I was told that there was only on forklift driver and he was on maternity leave. Hard to believe you only have one FLT driver in such a large store.
