Ordered online and given delivery date, told was coming in two deliveries, one part arrived but the other didn’t despite text updates from courier. Phoned customer services only to be told that, a day after the delivery date, that part of the order was now out of stock. Told them to cancel it as half an order was of no use . Two days later another delivery arrived which was still incomplete despite assurances it was cancelled. Shocking service and communication.
I have purchased some items from B&Q…
I have purchased some items from B&Q from one of their 3rd party sellers. Never again. Delivery was fine but I had to return the items due to size issues. Firstly the company could not state in very clear terms how much the return costs would be which is strange given it was extremely clear WHAT the items were they would be collecting. Secondly, they saw fit to deduct my refund stating the items came back damaged. Hysterical as they the delivery company who collected the items didn't bring the correct pallet so the items were damaged in transit. Horrible experience and will avoid buying from them again. Customer service has also been woeful. Horrible experience after spending so much money too.

I am trying to return an item i bought the B&Q through one of their trusted sellers. The company will not give me any information on how to return, B&Q are not interested in helping. Even though I paid them directly. The company involved Smarthub do not have a website, only a mobile number which they do not answer, it looks like ut is a scamming company.

I placed an order for a laser measurement tool on 15 April for collection at my local store. It has now been over 10 days, and I am still waiting with no clear update.
This delay is unacceptable and has caused me inconvenience and wasted my time. I expected either timely delivery to my address or prompt availability for collection at my local B&Q store.
Please resolve this urgently by either:
Delivering the item to my address immediately, or
Confirming a definite collection date at my local store

Turning into another Amazon! trying to complete a task and get all the necessary materials is a nightmare! Either 'not available in store' 'Not available for click and collect' 'Only available for home delivery' home delivery is always 2 or 3 days if not longer, and as for Tradepoint, Stuff available on DIY.com not always on Tradepoint app! It's less like a DIY hardware store and more like an on line shop everyday. More often easier to obtain materials on Ebay or Amazon!!
Disgrace
Wrong sizes, miscalculations, left without a toilet for 5 DAYS, smashed items, paid for rubbish to be taken away and it's still there 2 months later, customer service don't even want to know, they say they will phone you back and don't bother, complained a number if times and just get ignored, disgrace.

Delivery was promised for 20th and 21st April. Not only did it not arrive, I got no notification that it was delayed! I had asked a family member to stay in all day so they would be able to take delivery! Only when I rang customer services on 22nd did they tell me that delivery would be 24th April - today. We'll see!!!
Don’t order online, go to store
In store everything is good, however when ordering online it is a very different experience. Deliveries are not on time or even delivered at all (even though B&Q tell you it has) Customer Service simply do not help and are actively obstructive in resolving issues. Simply put don’t order online!!
