Just had our last window fitted today by the great crew, namely Paul and Stephen from DK Windows. That now completes a total of 10 windows and a patio sliding door which we have gotten off them at various stages over the past few years. The reason for always going back has been great workmanship and customer service from Alan McKinney and his crew of fitters who have been always so helpful, professional and tidy. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of getting windows and doors.

Just had a new front door installed by Stephen this morning. He did a great job. Very efficient and very tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Delighted with the quality of the product and service.

Austin & Paul installed our windows and doors and they were fantastic. Excellent workmanship, I recommend them highly. 10 stars.
The place was left immaculate.
I had a few issues in terms of the front door design that arrived, it was not what I had envisioned. So I was very disappointed. Make sure go through everything with a fine tooth comb!

We completed our project in recent months - which was a refurb of an existing cottage along with an extension. We got Aluclad windows from this company and the whole experience from start to finish was a joy. We ended up with a beautiful slider with an Apex window above it for our vaulted ceiling kitchen and dining extension. The initial sales process was easy as they took our architects plans and then advised on what type of windows would be appropriate for the building and helped us with colours which me any my wife could not agree on, Eventually from talking to these guys in DK windows we came up with a compromise - that my wife was right!!. It was eight weeks till the windows were ready for delivery and arrived on time. The installation by Mick and his crew was excellent. They were very professional. We were delighted with the windows and the whole process from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Here we are after 14 months and 6 return visits and cancelled visits the windows on our home still haven’t been finished.The units that are getting sent out to replace the faulty ones are worse then what is there.This job has been nothing but problems from the beginning starting with the promise of a port hole window which then couldn’t be found to a promise by the showroom salesman that the window would be “WRAPPED “ and would look great as he had seen it done before.When I asked the fitters that came they said they had never heard of that so I had to paint it.This continued on with wrong hinges scratched glass and marks on the beading in the units.Does anyone in DK windows check what is being sent out to customers.My husband has lost numerous days pay to wait on the replacements only for them to go back on the van not to mention the stress this whole situation is putting on me. I am so upset with the way we have been treated once the majority of the money had been paid.Think twice about using this company.

We had Trevor & Brandon out last week to fit our new windows and door. The lads were very professional and went through everything to make sure I was happy. Absolutely delighted with the service.

I had an excellent experience with this company this year from choosing the right doors and windows, through to how quickly they were ordered, delivered and then fitted. They are a great team of guys and very helpful and knowledgeable in windows and doors. They tidied up behind themselves and I thought the price was very reasonable compared to other companies. 10 stars would be correct rating!!

We recently (Sep '22) had DK W&D fit the back of our house with Aluclad windows and French doors. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure!...From Geoff at the initial sales process, Dylan on logistics, the fitters Christian & Pavel right through to Adam in after sales. The quality, finish and appearance of the finished product is beyond excellent, we're delighted!. A special mention to the fitters on the day....Christian & Pavel..........To say they were efficient, friendly and thoroughly professional would be doing them a disservice......Absolutely nothing was a problem!......A definite 5 stars, would strongly recommend!.....Justin & Susan Doyle, Sandycove

Recently used DK windows to supply and install 3 x Aluclad windows. The installation team, Christian and Pavel completed the installation to a very high standard, on time, clean and friendly so I've no issue recommending them.

I had my house front and back doors replaced in 2021
This year 2022 I have replaced all windows in the house (4 windows) by Christian and Pavel, they were early at the house, around 8am or so, explained how everything was going to be about the window replacement, they even removed the alarms I had fitted on the windows which was handy for me.
The job was done the same day, after windows were done, they cleaned all the mess and wipe all window glasses
They also adjusted the two doors I had fitted previous year
They did an excellent job

Had an awful experience with DK Windows and still dealing with issues. Have given up trying to get them out to fix the windows and doors we had fitted. Spent almost 20k to fit out the whole house and we've got windows and doors which we don't open because they are so difficult to close. Our driveway needs to be stripped and filled with new gravel because of the amount of glass that was left on it when the old windows were smashed out by the fitters. Also glass left all over the floor in all of the bedrooms. By far the most stressful encounter with any of the companies we dealt with during the renovation of our house.

Wish I had been warned about this Company before letting them ruin my house and fit new windows to a very bad standard. Silicone left all over glass... dirty fingerprints all over interior frames. The aftersales care is simply zero. They avoid calling you back.

Turned up to install windows and door. Never completed the job and didn't return. House left un weather proof with gaps around the windows for Months now. Constantly fobbed off by Management.
