The new large advertisements on the…

The new large advertisements on the cars, will deal with the corruption found in the bar council, and the lawyers' house, where the management, such as Supreme Court judge Kurt Rasmussen and Martin Lavesen DLA Piper, have deliberately and dishonestly worked to undermine the Danes' legal certainty, by depriving the client of self-determination, and depriving the client the right to a fair trial.

Since the Danish Government has major financial interests in the opposite party, the criminal Danish bank Jyske Bank.

Is it correctly understood that DlA Piper at Martin Lavesen chairman in Denmark.

Is it correctly understood that DlA Piper at Martin Lavesen chairman in Denmark.

Provided that Dla Piper has the same attitude towards their clients all over the world, as DLA Piper lawyers in Denmark emphasize.

Agrees that.
1.
The client of DLA Piper lawyers, does not have the right to decide on his own legal proceedings.

2.
The client of DLA Piper lawyers has no right to see either their own pleadings, or the opposing party's pleadings, in their own case.

IT IS CLER IN MY DOCUMENTS. THAT'S THE DANISH LAW FIRMS SUCH AS LUNDGRENS lawyers, HORTEN lawyers, LUND ELMER SANDAGER lawyers, LAWYERS, DLA Piper lawyers, Kromann Reumert lawyers, Danish business, Members of the Danish Supreme Court are all agree with the bar council.

THAT NO DANISH KLIENTENS HAVE THE RIGHT, TO DECIDE IN THEIR OWN CASES.

Since, according to Danish Supreme Court Judge Kurt Rasmussen, that have decided, that it is not a breach of good legal practice for lawyers, to withhold both plaintiff's and defendant's pleadings against their client, in the client's own case.

Who is behind the undermining legal business in Denmark, when lawyers and judges, together with the authorities, deprive the population of legal certainty, in the fight to protect Jyske Bank, i.e. to cover up Jyske Bank's crimes.

There is 100% agreement among the participating lawyers and judges, that a client who hires a lawyer in Denmark, does not have the right to decide on his own trial, Jens Steen Jensen from Kromann Reumert lawyers, Birgitte Frølund from Horten lawyers, Kurt Rasmussen from the Supreme Court, Rikke Skadhauge Seerup Krogsgård from the consumer complaints board, and Henrik Hyltoft from the Organization Dansk Erhverv, are agree that the client has no right to decide on his own trial.

A decision that Martin Lavesen from DLA Pipper lawyers all agree with.

You are therefore warned against DLA Pipper, who believes that bribery among lawyers is not a violation of good legal practice

Worst law firm in Denmark

Worst law firm in Denmark. We approached this law firm to undertake a specialist drafting of a document related to the law of a non-EU country. The fact is DLA Piper is just license agreement to use the name much like McDonalds. They are NOT an "international law firm" as they claim. The 6-page document they produced was complete and utter rubbish and the fact is they knew they could never produce the work. They even misunderstood basic facts fundamental to the matter. We had to get another law firm to re-do the entire job and it ended up being over 60 pages long. What is shocking is we never became a client of DLA Piper Denmark and sign no terms of business with them. Therefore we were never a client. Never-the-less months later they demanded DKK 40,000 plus tax, and when we refused to pay they filed a court case with the Danish courts. Scam company and looking at the reviews this is an opinion that is shared by many. This kind of law firm should be closed down.

UPDATE: Once this disgusting law firm saw this review they falsely claimed to Trust Pilot that it was fake. Thankfully Trust Pilot is a proper company and asked me for proof which I have produced. So this company doesn't even want the public to hear of all their scams and rather than change or try to resolve they resort to under-the-table tactics in order to scam more people.

Scam law firm.

UPDATE: Martin Lavesen (Managing Partner) himself issued me with a threat. They filed an invoice with the Danish courts and as my defence was in English wasn't accepted. These guys are crooks. Martin seems to be happy to invoice small start-up companies that were never a client and when they complain he gets his thug lawyers to issue court proceedings.

If you don't want to get ripped off by these crooks look for a different law firm.

UPDATE:

Anyone having issues with DLA Piper should refer the matter to the Danish Bar and Law Society - it is the only organisation that can stop their unethical pratices.
