They will take your money
Not a law firm I would recommend! They overcharge for simple tasks an create and bill hours for work where there is not. They delivered company setup templates rather than customized as we needed and charged a horrendous fee for that. Definitely not someone we will work with again! Unethical and our lawyer just seemed wanting to charge hours rather than do the work. Stay away from them!

This global law firm completely screwed…
This global law firm completely screwed me. My attorney went AWOL, no one told me for three months. I was ordered to pay tens of thousands of dollars in sanctions and also received multiple contempt of court charges as my attorney did not show up to court, did not turn over documents subpoena'd and charged my hundreds of thousands of dollars.
