We visited today to order our mobility car. We was greeted by Radek Tunega. Radek was very friendly and welcoming. He explained every step clearly and made sure we understood everything we needed to know.
Radek had outstanding customer service. We left feeling very happy with our visit and look forward to future communications.

I got a car on PCP, which was fine. When the term was up and I wanted to settle the difference to buy the car the staff were rude. I called 6 times and was told someone would call me back. I was then told to call into the showroom, which I did, only to be told the person who deals with it was off ill.

Today we collected our new Skoda. The service we received was first class as well as a great deal on our car. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Simone.

Having decided that I wanted to purchase a Skoda Enyaq, the model that I wished for was available at DM Keith in Hull.
From a confused initial phone call (on my part mixing up Elroq and Enyaq_, Shaun, looked after me from the test drive through to picking up the car in the next week.
Having had the car for three weeks, overall it's been a great experience (the only mild disappointment is the lack of 'Sustainable Umbrella) and the whole process was smooth and as stress free as it could be.
If you are an e communication based person you should be aware that DM Keith's systems will pull you to the phone at some point though as the e communication options just don't work (hence the 4 stars not 5)

We reserved a used car for a test drive from the Bradford branch, and they sent it to their garage to get it ready (new MOT and some replacements). However, we found and bought a different car elsewhere in the meanwhile.
Once we informed them, Ms Millie – who had been liaising with us – immediately actioned the refund of the £99 that we had paid for the reservation, and wished us well with our newly purchased car.
Everything was dealt with punctually and professionally, and even if we didn't end up buying the car with them, they gave me the impression of a friendly and reliable company.

The one star goes to Darius Moses who was positive and very helpful in trying to sort out my issues this young man will go far.
After collecting the car on the first day 1/10/25 nearing the M1 the car went into fault displaying faults
1) Traction Control. 2) Smart city braking forward malfunction. 3) DPF too full of soot 4) loss of the gear indicator. We stopped at the services turned the engine off when turned back on the faults cleared and the DPF cleared by the time we got home the DPF was also cleared.
Driving to work the next day the car juddered at 1500 revs both in 2nd and 3rd gear and the faults returned with the exception of the DPF problem. Darius carried out a courtesy call to check how I was getting on with the vehicle, it was at this time I first mentioned my concerns. During a 140 mile motorway trip the faults returned and again when the car was stopped and restarted they cleared.
Monday 6/10/25 contact was made again with Darius when I explained the problem had returned It was at this time Darius booked in my car with the service department 8/10/25 and arranged a courtesy car I thought what a brilliant service.
The following Tuesday 14/10/25 I received a phone call from Richard Bloomfield the service manager stating he had driven the car miles and found no issues therefore it would be returned to me Wednesday 15/10/25, Later Wednesday the faults returned and photos emailed as proof to Richard.
The next day Thursday 16/10/25 the faults returned and again the faults returned an email sent to Richard along with images of the faults this day,in the I requested a refund the car is obviously not fit for purpose.
Richard spoke to the senior director of Skoda the answer was no Richard said we are not saying you're lying BUT we could find nothing wrong.
Since then then I have sent emails and images of the faults as they occurred 20 in total and since then I have had no response even after the AA were called out strange this they found the faults and an issue with the EGR valve.
In Summary
Their contracts are worthless
Statuary rights are ignored
The Service team are blinkered and use equipment which needs updating
The Service manager needs retraining in customer care and how to reply to emails
The family which wishes to look after me show traits of neglect
BUYER BEWARE!!
Seeing your automated reply which confirms that you don't have a clue about your customers

Bought a BYD car in January from the York branch. As part of the deal I was offered an electric car charger for free. It's never arrived and numerous attempts to resolve this has been unsuccessful. Good sales but poor delivery on service from DMKeith.

On 21st June 2025 I partexed my car at this garage.
Mid August I received a parking fine for my old car (contravention date 12/08/25) ....Also a DVLA fine for having no tax!
We eventually sorted those 2 upsetting problems out.... ( although to date still not received the money back for the 2 fines, which I had to pay)
Meantime the brakes on my Skoda Yeti were making a rasping noise so eventually the garage agreed to collect the car and sort it out.
Today I received a fine from Humber Bridge for crossing without paying... Which is the day Keith's came to pick the car up and bring back.
UNBELIEVABLE!!!... I've now totally lost faith in the car and the extremely bad service from this garage. If they hadn't already got rid of my old car I'd go and demand they swap it back. Upset and annoyed.

Bought a Seat Ibiza FR from DM Keith Grimsby in July and the customer service experience was brilliant. James the Salesman looked after me through every stage of the biting process. Some minor work was required but done very quickly to a high standard. I travelled from Newcastle to buy the car and I would recommend anyone wanting a used car to use this dealer.

Excellent service from Bruce at DM Keith he is always, professional, helpful and friendly. Bruce arranged for me to get a lift home with their driver Sean rather than me get a taxi, Sean was also helpful and friendly. Thanks again!

Fraudsters! Avoid at all costs. We bought an Atto from the DM Keith Beeston branch. They appraised my car and offered £11.5k for it in part ex. We exchanged vehicles on Tuesday, then received a call to say a light on the dash had come on. It wasn’t there at hand over nor at appraisal they admit. They then tried to knock £500 off the value of the car. To date, 3 days after handover they still haven’t paid a penny for my car. The police will be called this morning if the funds aren’t received.

We had excellent service from our salesman Aidan Collings at D M Keith Skoda, York. Aidan was polite, helpful, and thorough when we bought our new car recently. He took time to answer our questions, explain everything and show us how things work with our new car before we drove off.

Went to BYD Leeds workshop for my headlights adjustment. A guy called Bradley sorted the job out for us and he was so polite and helpful. A credit to your company. If this is the service I can expect, going forward, I’ll be very happy.

I have a '25 plate Skoda Scala. The main entertainment screen (sat nav, reversing camera etc) stopped working after only 4 weeks. I took it into the Leeds service centre and they advised it needs a new onboard computer. At the time, I was advised it would take 2-3 weeks for the part to arrive. 2 months later I've heard nothing. When I called to chase, I was advised that they have no idea when the parts coming in. This isn't good enough for a brand new car.

I had an awful experience with DMKeith that resulted in £6,000 worth of damage to my new car. They left transport blocks in the vehicle, which I only discovered during my car’s 2-year service with another dealer when it had over 10,000 miles on the clock.
Having those transport blocks in the car wasn’t just a safety issue—it caused serious mechanical damage. Several expensive components needed to be replaced, including:
Top mounts
Wheel bearings
Shock absorbers
Bump stops
Inner track rod ends
Steering rack and all related parts
DMKeith first accused the dealer of fraud, but after investigation, they eventually took responsibility and replaced the damaged parts. However, I was left without transport for most of the time my car was being repaired. I was told I could hire a car or take taxis at my own expense, which would be reimbursed, but this wasn’t practical or affordable for me. It wasn’t until later that DMKeith provided a hire car and gave me £500 in compensation.
Despite this, I would never use this company again. The whole experience was mishandled, and the stress caused was far more than I ever expected from a trusted car dealer. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Warning About D. M. Keith Suzuki Bradford – Poor Experience with Used Car Purchase
In August 2024, I purchased a used car with just 36,000 miles from D. M. Keith Suzuki Bradford. The vehicle had a full Suzuki service, a fresh MOT, and had even been previously used by the dealership themselves, so I expected it to be in excellent condition.
This was also my first family car, bought specifically to prepare for the birth of our first child. I wanted something safe and reliable, but instead, I was sold a car with hidden issues and received no meaningful support when problems began to appear.
Brakes:
After buying the car, I checked the MOT history and discovered that just five months earlier (March 2024), the vehicle had been flagged for worn rear brakes. This was not mentioned at all in the MOT provided by the dealer at the time of sale. After a lot of back and forth, they did eventually fix the issue, but only after repeated pressure.
Coolant Loss:
Not long after, the car began losing coolant. I took it to an independent garage, where I was informed that a sealing kit had been used on the engine, which is a temporary fix often used to cover more serious underlying issues.
When I contacted D. M. Keith Suzuki Bradford again, they refused to help, stating that the car was out of warranty. They also firmly denied ever adding sealant to a car themselves. Worse, they effectively accused both myself and the independent garage of causing the issue. Their exact words were,
"How do we know you or they didn’t do it? It’s just a he said, she said."
I found this response extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially from a main dealership representing a brand like Suzuki.
In summary:
I purchased this vehicle in good faith from a main dealer, expecting transparency, quality, and support. Instead, I was sold a car that had previously been flagged for issues, and when further problems arose, the dealer chose to shift blame rather than take responsibility.
I am now without a car and out of pocket because of these unresolved issues, which has made an already stressful situation even harder.
I am sharing my experience to warn other potential buyers:
• Don’t assume a main dealer guarantees honesty or reliability
• Always check the MOT history yourself
• Get an independent inspection, even if the car is fully serviced and sold by a dealer
Based on my experience, I would not recommend D. M. Keith Suzuki Bradford, particularly if you are looking for a safe and reliable family car.
