Excellent service. Very quick response.

Having sent for a kit, it arrived in 2 days.
The explanatory directions were clear and easy to follow.
Once the sample was sent back, I received notification that this had been received and within a week, my dog's certificate arrived.
I feel much happier knowing that my dog is protected in this way and recommend the service .

I've been wanting to get my dog on a DNA register for a while for extra peace of mind. I came across this service at a country fair and so the staff did the sample and forms for me which was all done in a few minutes. That said the kit is self explanatory so I can't see it being difficult to DIY. I'm so glad to have him registered and I'd encourage everyone to get their dog registered.

The process was easy and results were confirmed within the time indicated. Excellent service.

Excellent service all round. Over the phone & in person at Pembroke Show. Kit arrived 48hrs before given date. Clear & accurate instructions making it easy to use. Results returned earlier than expected. Fingers crossed that more police forces support this project in Wales & it becomes law just like microchipping has.

Sent two tests together as I have two dogs. Only one processed?
Update: when contacted I received a very swift and polite response acknowledgment and remedy 👍

Great and easy to use. Fast turnaround on results

I took my pooch to Bridgwater Police Station last Tuesday as a friend had forwarded a post on Facebook with regard to taking a dogs dna and place it on a database. As my dog is a family member and a pedigree I thought it would be another layer of protection against her being stolen. The process was simple and straightforward, and the women involved, 2 from dna protected and 1 policewoman, were very friendly and helpful. They all made my dog feel at ease and happy. The results were received by email yesterday, Monday, so in just 1 week.

Fantastic service and it's great to know my dog is now dna protected as dog theft is very high and horrible thing is there cutting micro chips out of dogs I think everyone should dna protected there dogs.
