We had been contemplating using DNA Protected for sometime, and so when they offered a discount promotion in December, it was the perfect time. The process is easy, and given the Postal Strikes, relatively quick. I had to call the team on a couple of occasions as I had made a silly mistake, but the team were lovely to deal with. Straightforward, nothing was too much trouble, very professional, and our dogs details are now stored on the database. I have no hesitation in recommending DNA Protected. Peace of mind at an affordable price.

Got a tag and sticker along with the test. It took a couple weeks to be completed but now it's all done I have the peace of mind that if my dog goes missing she is now on the dna register with the police so if her collar or microchip is taken out then there is still a way of identifying her and getting her back home

Very quick and easy
Very quick and easy. Purchased via a mobile police unit on a Saturday. Took the pack home and swabbed our dog and posted same day. Received a call on the Tuesday to confirm DNA sample had been received. Been informed ever since

I’m so pleased I found this organisation and hope that it deters thieves from stealing my dog. The company has been very helpful and proactive. Luckily I can’t comment on what the process is like if a dog was stolen but so far the service has been excellent.
