Mostly all good, although occasional plants sent in the heatwave were RIP. Didn't complain. Dobies don't control the weather. The special offers are special. Very helpful staff, which is remarkable in 2026.

I keep being asked to rate my…
I keep being asked to rate my experience when my plants have not been delivered yet. its very tilting and I am worried for the plants as were sent so they would get held up over the weekend and be nearly a week in the postal system.

Dispatch times quoted are just figments of the sales teams imagination.
Unfortunately the 24 hour dispatch quoted on the web page and in the order acknowledgement was false. The company have still to dispatch the plants almost seven days after the order was placed. It would seem that the dispatch times quoted on their web pages are just a figment of the sales office and not factual in the real world.

Excellent customer service
Products arrived with packaging open at one end with packet of seeds missing. Rang customer services, explained situation and a replacement packet was sent out and received within the week.

Bird of Paradise plants
My plants were delivered promptly. The plants are a good size and well looked after. They were packaged very well and arrived in a good condition with no damage. I am very pleased with them.
