I wish I’d have seen Dobie’s have 18% of 1* reviews on Trustpilot! Read the reviews. Not good.
Whilst they were end of season perennials, they arrived 2 days later than they should have and due to the high temperatures and careless, inappropriate handling by the courier, there was no soil in the pots and the plants looked very sickly, with yellowing leaves. Reached out to Dobie’s who didn’t see an issue.
These plants would have been on the 10p section at my local garden centre.
Considering that this was my first order and a poor experience, I most certainly won’t be ordering again. Such a shame as we have a huge garden and I thought online ordering may be easier. As they say, ‘buy cheap, buy twice.’
I will be sticking with my local independent garden centre where I can be certain I’m buying healthy plants in a very good condition.

Not happy at all with the condition of the plants just recieved
Not happy at all with the condition and standards of the plants I just recieved.
It looks as if bigger plants have been lifted and divided and potted into small pots and cut back.
the Verbena has been cut back so much I am not sure that they will survive

Not initially happy!?
Online ordering was easy to navigate.
Plants took almost a week to arrive.
The courier apologised, as box was dented and torn, I feared the plants would be totally damaged.
The plants were undamaged, however, dry as a bone, wilted, pot bound, so ultimately concerned they would nor survive.
But, after a good watering and after potting them out, I'm happy to say, they are thriving!
