Dr Heggy and nurse Charlotte were fantastic. They listened and helped me more than anyone else has so far. Dr Heggy really went above and beyond for me and I feel heard for the first time.

Dr Colquhoun and Emily Holt at Willow Health were absolutely brilliant. They took the time to really listen and understand everything I’ve been going through, and never once made the appointment feel rushed. Their calm, thoughtful and knowledgeable approach instantly put me at ease, and I left feeling supported, informed, and confident about my next steps. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone looking for genuine, compassionate menopause care and support .on

My experience at the diabetes clinic at the General Hospital Leicester on the tier 3 scheme. It’s just amazing. The staff can’t do enough to help. Can I also include the dietitian Jessica as she is brilliant any problem she tells you to ring and gets back to you ASAP I couldn’t have asked for any more if I’d have gone private to try and sort out my weight issues which are impacting on my life greatly just amazing scheme It’s just a pity that the schemes ends in March for my personal journey it’s given me a new reason to live just thank you so much all involved x

Everything went great from admission to discharge

I was sent to a cardiologist due to hypertension and work related stress
The doctor i saw was Dr Norman Ali who was a fantastic doctor with a great bedside manor i would give him 10/10 he made me feel at ease and relaxed even though I wasn't

I am a very active 51 year old man and Mr Atkinson fixed my medial meniscus tear which had been obstructing movement in my leg.

After 8 weeks I am back swimming, practicing Yoga 5 times a week (all poses including deep squats and child pose) and I also started kick boxing again. I will be training jiu jitsu again in a week's time. I also climbed the stairs at Highgate tube station this week - all 100 of them - without any pain or locking.

I had a very good experience with Mr Atkinson. From initial to final consultation I was very happy with the care given to me. In fact my girlfriend who is also a doctor was very impressed by Mr Atkinson's knowledge on a variety of questions she asked. He was very accommodating of her as well allowing her to talk to him on the phone and with me in my final consultation.

I want to thank Mr Atkinson for putting me forward for this care, without this I would be struggling with my physical activities and now I have a new lease of life.

Annual review of hearing aids. No waiting and speedy check. Just wish I had taken the simple step of having the initial hearing test years ago, because I knew that my hearing had deteriorated

The surgical and nursing staff were first class and looked after me very well ensuring all went well and pain was properly medicated and i was comfortable .
