I’m 64 years old and had started to feel quite old and, if I’m honest, a little frumpy.

When I came to the Medispa Group, I met Dr Vadim, who was absolutely wonderful. He immediately made me feel at ease—so friendly, kind, and genuinely understanding of my concerns about still wanting to feel like an attractive, confident woman in my 60s.

After a thorough consultation, he recommended the Transformation Facelift—a combination of Sofwave and ultrasound treatments designed to improve skin texture, tone, and stimulate collagen.

It has now been four months since my treatment, and I can honestly say I feel like a fresher, more rejuvenated version of myself. I still look like me—just better.

I would highly recommend the Medispa clinic in London. The professionalism is exceptional, the doctors are incredibly caring and knowledgeable, and the whole team truly go the extra mile.

Without question, this has been the best money I’ve ever spent—and one of the best investments I would recommend to anyone in their 60s.

Just had amazing treatment went back for a top up on my skin tightening and I had this new soft wave treatment it was so good and not painful at all and even though results get better over time I can feel my skin tighter already i absolutely love this place been going few years staff are wonderful thank you so much you have made such a difference to my face everyone has seen such a difference . Please read the negative reviews - I wish I had. Go for the free consultation, get the cost and detailed procedures in writing and walk away to think about it. VERY high pressure sales from "the Dr". Absolutely no follow up or personal contact from "the Dr" once you've paid up front.

Today I visited the Medispa Group and had my treatments done, SoftWave and microneedling. The ladies in the clinic were absolutely amazing.

Attended as moral support for a friend. Dr Nyla is simply beautiful inside out. She was able to advise on treatments for my friends concerns, but was also not afraid to reframe negative body image beliefs and say no to treatments that were unnecessary. I have been having my Botox for years, came to Medispa in Cheshire as I was recommended by a friend.
Dr kamran was very precise in my consultation and then Nurse Antonia who did my Botox treatment made me feel relaxed.
Normally I usually get 3 areas of Botox but Dr Kamran suggested full face Botox !

I had an appointment at Medispa Castlerock house yesterday. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Justine who was very warm, professional and welcoming, who made me feel confident with the company straight away.
Then I proceeded to a consultation with Anita, again very warm, professional and welcoming. Anita spent some time going through some options with me and was very knowledgeable and honest which made me feel confident with going with her recommendations.
My experience of this company so far is that I have had a very positive experience and I am looking forward to my treatment.

After giving a negative review regarding my first visit , Dr nyla and the practice manager got in touch with me , very concerned about my exprience there. They were very kind and caring and apologetic . I was touched and impressed by their level of concern , that I have changed my mind into going back there in the future . Even though, I have not yet had any treatments done there , and my first negative review which I have deleted , was based on some of the staff 's attitude , not Dr Nyla , cos my first impression of Dr Nyla was that she was really nice and professional , for the level of thoughtfulness and concern that Dr Nyla and her managers showed me after that revieiw , I ' m changing my review to a 5 star. I think Dr Nyla really cares about her patients.

I had software done three months ago as I just wanted something not obvious wanted it really subtle and I definitely don’t want fillers. I’ve come back from my review today and I have to say I look so much better just refreshed. I’m really happy with the service that they provided the Doctor Who saw me was really lovely and I loved Nurse Antonio she is excellent Really gave me good honest advice.

I first met the team at Mayfair Medispa around 18 months ago when one of my best friends recommended their services after she had ul therapy with them and had phenomenal results . I went along with an open mind however I knew that I wanted a medical team of doctors. This was really important to me as I am worried about some people who can look overly done to me. It was important that they look natural and understated just like I had a refreshed appearance. In March I turned 50 so it can be extremely daunting having treatments which may look drastically different to how I want to come across. I met Dr Dean who was a really lovely considerate doctor. He was very caring and explained carefully all of the choices that I had. I also had the opportunity to meet with Dr Nyla and she was very informative giving me lots of time to think and contemplate on the different types of treatment. She advised me not to rush because she knew that I was uncertain and instead told me to consider her options in return after a couple of weeks.

When I returned, I rebooked with Dr Dean who again reiterated the advice and then proceeded to perform a BBL laser treatment on me. The results have been phenomenal and I can really recommend this treatment and the doctor as well as the clinic to anyone who is 50+ and hesitant to pursue treatments, to try to improve your aesthetic appearance.

I would highly recommend this to everybody who wants to have a really brilliant experience with lots of explanation and people who are patient centric from the start of the experience to the treatment and the after-care which they provide!

I have previously had Ultherapy, and I then decided to have ultracel on this occasion, as my friend also had this treatment and she noted that it was much more effective than her previous treatment. I spoke at length with the Doctor Who consulted with me, Dr Kamran and he was a very knowledgeable, young man. He filled me with hope that I could achieve an effective tightening and lifting in one or at the most two sessions.

I’ve now returned today for my follow up and I have to say that the results are just as he advised . I have now been recommend recommended a course of polynucleotides, which I will be starting with nurse Antonia next week.

I have consulted with nurse Antonia today and she advised me regarding the benefits of this treatment and has booked me in for next week when she has her next availability.

I will update you regarding my outcome once I’ve had this new treatment, but certainly on ultrasound. I can wholeheartedly say you made me feel years younger.
