It tastes worse than instant coffee!!! Its the only coffee in the office, next time I will just bring my own to work.

Always order my pods direct from this company.
Replied to an offer ‘buy 5 Starbucks coffee boxes and receive a free Starbucks mug.
I ordered 6 boxes, received no mug, made enquiry and informed that the offer was for 5 boxes only, punished for buying a box too many.
Learnt my lesson, loyal customer no more!

Quality of the coffee has dipped in the past few months. They even changed the strength of my favourite pods and they're not good anymore. Don't order pods from the website either. It's actually more expensive than elsewhere and it often takes over a week to just dispatch your order.

Just bought a new coffee machine, the stand at the bottom is too small for any of my mugs so I have to hold the mug and it spits everywhere when the coffee is coming out. Why aren’t these things tested correctly. I love my morning coffee and would have picked these faults up instantly

Choose another brand! Coffee was ok, pods expensive and machine only works a short while. Contacted corporate office and they won’t do anything without a receipt which means heaven forbid you don’t keep a receipt forever, they won’t stand behind their product. $250 wasted…..wish I had chosen a different make from the getgo….only lasted through about 20 single cups

The rudest company I have had to deal with, didn't give a dam about items missing from a brand new machine. The woman didn't even care when I said I'd return it and purchase another make else where, she ended the chat without a word.

If I was aware of the attitude I would never of purchased there product, the two year warranty isn't worth the paper its written on, I doubt they would ever stand by it.

Purchase else where and from a different make as well.

Registration process only works on Chrome, never on Firefox. Rubbish company!

Worst coffee pod machine EVER!!! absolutely awful there’s just no words to explain how dreadful this pod machine is. I mean wow, just wow. I promptly returned mine, confusing instructions, you have to gage everything, leaks, coffee tastes like tap water... I just say no, no, no, no! It shouldn’t be allowed! We didn’t ask for this.

yesterday 5/6/23,i purchased a nescafe dolci coffee pod maker from bigw brownsplains.Without doubt it is the worst pad machine i have used, no taste anything like coffee. Fortunately bigw will take it back

Nestle is still being xenophobic and discriminating against Northern Ireland customers. For years they have refused to deliver to Northern Ireland addresses either from the UK or IE websites. There is absolutely no valid justification for it. There are no Brexit legislation which prevent delivery from wither IE or UK. You clearly don't understand the legislation if you believe that.

I use the Dolce Gusto Latte pods but for months now the quality is dropping. The milk inside the pods clumps together and no amount of shaking etc release the solid mass. This results in terrible tasting coffee I have to throw away.
The pods blow causing the milk to go everywhere. What is going on?
I have two machines and this happens in both of them. I am wasting money hoping that the next pic will be different because when they are perfect the drink is lovely.
Is there a manufacturing fault?

I got a gift from my husband and I love this coffee maker. We tried it and it's easy to use, the pods are a bit pricey but you will love the taste and smell of your coffee. No need to buy from other coffee shops and we'll do more testing on other coffee flavors!

Have been ordering pods direct from DG for a few years. Pricing is always good and I like that they introduced the larger packs. Delivery is generally quicker than quoted. I also like that I can get the recycle bags free with the orders. It would be great if these could also be made available in supermarkets

I have a basic DeLonghi machine which is now around 5 years old and has given zero issues

I'm a basic coffee drinker (black and strong!) but if there is any criticism, the extra flavours that they introduced are quite poor. My wife used to buy Caramel Macchiato from Starbucks and found the DG pod to be nothing like the coffee shop.

I have had 5 machines in just over 6 years the last one has just started to leak from the dispenser. They are the worst machines I have ever had the displeasure to own. I will not purchase another as they are a complete waste of money. I will find another make that actually works.

I had had my dolce gusto machine for a few month and when I went to make a drink it kept switching off. I contacted customer services who quickly collected it for repairs. However they had this for over 3 weeks only for this to come back in worse condition than it went to them in. Absolutely useless customer service!! Didn't communicate with me either to arrange deliveries as I had requested as I work away from home and I was having to send multiple emails to them so I could get any kind of response. Rude incompetent at there jobs and won't get another!!
I've put a random date as its just been going on and on

Quite the worst coffee machine I have ever had , it either doesn’t pour or the lid gets stuck and won’t open , you use pods like no tomorrow with them only working half the time ….do not buy this machine .

Nice coffee but the vibration is off the scale! Whole machine vibrates so much, the cups move around. Have to hold them still. Shame, really

Very poor quality control on these pods recently as around 25% have a faulty valve/filter in the bottom of the disposable pod. The cheap machines do not have the ability to adjust so they build up too much pressure and pop the top of the pod, resulting in a hot mess (literally) of coffee and hot water running all over your machine and worktop. Also had a fault with the machine. Not sure if this is related to hot water and steam pouring all over parts that are not supposed to get wet. I will be using any remaining pods and throwing it in the bin.

Loved my cafe a lait every morning but taste has changed far too milky and sickly aftertaste,so disappointed been using for years
