This is the worst company ever! Do not trust anything they say and check you bills. Never gave them an active credit card.

TERRIBLE communication with customers service. Whatsapp seems as a joke. Little to no responses. Calling the customer service line doesn’t work. Got a vehicle with a broken seatbelt and we couldn’t use the vehicle. Getting a refund seems impossible. Horrible.

DO NOT USE - THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

They have taken nearly 6,000 AED from us. One of them was a transaction they fraudulently and incorrectly took without permission for around 3,000 AED. We have been waiting for it to be paid back for over month now. The second amount is for nearly 3,000 AED again for the deposit which they took when they shouldn’t have. They keep saying that it is only a pending transaction but our bank have confirmed the money has been taken and provided them evidence of this, and they are refusing to give it back.

They are holding a large amount of money for us which is causing us a massive financial problem.

They were also 4 hours late delivering the car and were 12 hours late picking it up, causing my wife to nearly miss a flight.

Absolute shambles. Do not use.

I recommend not renting from this company, even if the prices seem competitive, because in the end cheap turns out to be expensive. In 2025 I rented from them several times and it was a disaster, so I stopped using them. Now I gave them another chance, and once again they failed.

Today I rented a car with them for 11:00 am, and it’s now 11:40 am — I still don’t have the car and haven’t heard anything from them. I had to contact them myself, and they told me that someone might get in touch within an hour or so. I needed the car to leave on a trip at 12:00 pm, and this mess may end up costing me my job. So consider this a warning. DO NOT RENT FROM DOLLAR.

Very good and helpful call center staff in terms of extending our booking. The car was in good condition and clean. Everything was great.👍👍👍

Such an amazing experience with the customer service

The car provided was clean and was fairly new. The staffs are helful. The deposit was also returned on time.

Excellent cars and fantastic team .

Very poor after rental experience on rental AD 3S77024 returned 10/12/2025. Desk staff took down details of a payment card and acknowledged that they would charge that card, not the credit card supplied, for any incidentals. Two days later, received message from other staff that the original credit card would be charged instead. Staff does not respond to WA messages, incoming calls, and refuses to call back.

Bad,bad,bad-car delivery 2 hours late,car collection 3 hours late,no communication,total chaos.By far the worst car rental experience.Now afraid of post rental charges.
