Helpful and patient

I had an issue with not being able to manage my DNS and in turn my email stopped working. I spoke to Tudor and he was very helpful. The issue had to be esacalated. When I didn’t here anything back by late afternoon, I called back and Tudor assisted once again and found a work around that fixed the issue. He was very patient with me - outstanding service.

Another Happy Domain Monster Customer.

I have been a Domain Monster customer for ~8 or 9 years and have always been impressed with their customer service. This time I had a simple query by email, but Tudor took the time to call me and explain the process in person. This is unusual in this age of IM, email and chat support. Thanks Tudor and Domain Monster.

Stuart.

Great Customer Service !!!

Hi ..my name is Panos Panagou.
I have fapilly been with Domainmonster for a few years but I recently had to transfer away my two domain names for a number of reasons. I tried to do it on my own but because I am not really technically minded it was very difficult for me to do so. Yesterday I spoke to Tudor Inimosu, one of your Suport Team members. He was extremely helpful, very patient with me, very knowledgeable, .. and he walked me step by step through the whole procedure. He even followed up later on to make sure that everything was done !!!
Tudor had excellent communication skills and manners.
I can say that this was the best Customer Service interaction that I ever had !! !!
Thank you Tudor

Tudor: exemplary service

Tudor responded very quickly by phone to an email I sent requesting help. He quickly and courteously resolved the problem I'd been having. Thank you Tudor, for your prompt response, for taking the time to call rather than email, for looking carefully into costs, for providing helpful information about future issues with a specific domain, and for being so polite and helpful throughout.

Thank goodness for Tudor

Thank goodness for Tudor, always answers the phone, seems to know what I want before I do and always solves the issue. Much better than it used to be when you couldn't get hold of anyone, keep up the good work :)

Tudor was great

Tudor was great.

Domain monster in the past was terrible, poor service, no interest in customers. Tudor dealt with my problem quickly and normal service resumes.

Thanks Tudor.

I've been with Domainmonster for many years. I like the company, I like they way they operate and the staff are always helpful. Today, for example, FLAVIUS helped me solve a problem which seemed big but was simply and very quickly solved. Thank you.
