Tudor (a Domain Monster employee)…

Tudor (a Domain Monster employee) reached out to me about an expiring domain. Somehow I did not realize that I was about to lose this important domain. I've never had someone from a domain registrar contact me to make sure I knew I had a domain expiring.

DomainMonster has been my favorite registrar for years and will continue to use them.

Courteous and Helpful

The guys at DomaIn Monster came back reasonably quickly when I had an issue accessing my account details. They were then courteous and helpful and resolved the issue without too much fuss.

Domain Monster the best we have tried

Have been using Domain Monster for personal and our business domains and DNS for many, many years.
The best part is being able to speak to a UK Human being when things need sorting.
Fastest response to support of all the registrars we have tried.
For business we have over 150 domain registered for us and our clients. Never had one go wrong.

TUDOR - j I have been having challenges dealing with Domainmonster for some time now and was getting frustrated. Then came along Tudor !!. My problem was acknowledged instantly and rectified almost as quick. Tudor is the goto person at this organisation to get things done. Happy New Year. Brian

George was a fantastic help with my…

George was a fantastic help with my recent issue, I did not renew my domains in time as I thought that they would renew automatically but I had reached the end of the direct debit arrangement without realising it. He still managed to get an important domain back for me at a very reasonable cost and was very pleasant and helpful in all communications assuring me that the case was being dealt with. He was fast and efficient and communicative, something that very few companies can boast. I have always been happy with Domain Monster and have good experiences with customer service and my communication with George on this matter was excellent. Thank you, Islay

I have had a very difficult experience…

I have had a very difficult experience trying to add new payment details to my business domain before it expired. Due to confusion with another personal domain, also held with domain monster it became seemingly impossible to transfer information to reset the account. I was told that I would have to buy back the domain name which I was prepared to do but that this could not be done until I passed security. Basically I was left unable to reinstate my business domain for 4 months.
I was then given a telephone no and spoke to a gentleman call Tudor. He investigated the situation and requested a couple of bits of ID. Now that I was dealing with someone directly other than electronically I was happy to provide the information. Tudor very quickly sorted out all the issues and got the domain reinstated without any of the drama or costs that had been suggested by others.

Thank you Tudor, you are an asset to your emloyers and deserve recognition.

George at Domainmonster.com - legend! You should be proud of him...

I want to tell you about my experience with George [Budica] at Domainmonster.com...

Well, what can I say... He's an absolute LEGEND. I was having difficulties with applying a new card payment (...it turned out it was my mistake - duh!) and George replied to my support ticket [2948471] in quite literally seconds! It was amazing. It happened so fast that I thought it was an automated response, but no. George came up trumps and solved my problem in an instant.

This man is an absolute asset to Domainmonster.com and deserves recognition for his A1, 100% commitment to providing a brilliant customer experience and upholding your company's good name.

George also followed up with another quick email to check that I'd been successful in following his clearly written, step-by-step instructions. What a fantastic, friendly approach to Customer Service that showed.

George Budica puts the "Bud" in "Buddy" - I really feel like I've made a friend here and actually look forward to having to make contact with your Support Team again.

What an amazing Brand Ambassador he is!

I only had to wait 4 minutes for a response from George with not only an answer to my specific question but also additional information he thought I'd find helpful, which I did. Great customer service and super helpful and friendly person on the other end of the email.
