These bikes are amazing and easy to operate
These bikes are amazing. Clean, and well kept. This was my first time ever using these bikes, and the app and it was very easy to learn. I'm 62 years old and being able to ride around Copenhagen and see so many things was a gift and a wonderful experience. These bikes made sightseeing possible for my wife and I. She has a disability and can't walk well, but this solved everything!

Good customer support
I had subscribed for a subscription, but had misunderstood how the renting process worked exactly. Although I was quite annoyed on the phone, I was helped wonderfully and got a refund.
From what I read I was under the impression only the actual riding of the bike would need to be paid for, not the time the bike was in possession from pickup point to drop off point.
