Great personal service for a bespoke order

My order didn't come through as planned (message was printed rather embroidered and layout was wrong) but the issue was dealt with promptly - thank you for arranging me a refund. Quality of T shirt was very good also.

After a few issues trying to design our team's tshirts online, I spoke to one of the Doodletogs team. I'm sorry I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly helpful and made sure the tshirts were sent out in time for us to wear them for our trip to the Sahara desert! They got us plenty of attention as we travelled through the airport, and on the flight - along with a few donations, which was awesome! Thank you Doodletogs - we'll be in touch soon with designs for our next challenge!

Customer service is horrific and delivery is slow. Used to be a good supplier to work with but would advise this is not the case any longer. They do not reply to any messages, either through their website or via email

Scam! Placed an order and been chasing for reply over a month now. Taken it up with my bank and they have raised a charge back claim. The company belongs to Nerdy Banana Limited so don’t use

Can,t believe Doodletogs is leaving it's customers hanging for so long.Been a long term customer of Doodletogs and wanted to order vest tops way before Halloween but when went on their website there was a small notice at the top of page saying they were no longer taking orders until further notice due to a rebrand.There was no word of when they were likely to be taking orders again and no apology for the long wait for customers wanting to place orders.The same notice has been showing a few months now and when i checked today (black Friday),the notice adds they,ll be back early 2025.I,m not sure how a business can close to online orders for months when they could of been making a profit all this time,I also think it's a slap in the face to customers who have been left waiting all this time to place orders.I also think for a printing company, surely it shouldn't take till next year to come up with a rebrand and was it even nessasary.The business seemed to have been taking plenty of orders due to the reviews and waiting times on orders so my Moto would be if it isn't broke, don't fix it.I think to have left customers without being able to place an order from around September/October 2024 till whenever they start again in 2025 is inconsiderate and I do believe they may lose the loyal customers they had gained.Customers haven't even being offered an apology for the inconvenience.Not a good way to run a business.

I ordered a custom running vest from these guys and it was easy to do. Arrived promptly and great quality.

Stuff came quickly but unfortunately it’s peeling after one wear.

Doodletogs took my order, my money and then didn’t deliver the item. I emailed to enquire why and request a refund and received no answer.

Had an issue with my order before sending, then made mistakes on every single item of my order and then have had no communication back to any of my emails about the issue over a week since delivery
