They care about their customers
I bought one of their phones, it arrived quickly and as described. I did have some problems with the phone and a few problems with Doogee but they came very good in the end and I would definitely but from them again.

Completely Inaccessible Instructions // Ok this isn't even about the product
Ok this isn't even about the product. This is about the fact that the instruction manual is so tiny that I can't even read it with a magnifying glass. RUDE!
If Battery dies it can not be recharged
I bought a Doogee phone and was very impressed with its build and quality. It was on the heavy side, but it was solid and well-constructed. The phone was good for a few months, with a long-lasting battery.
However, I left my phone on for a few days and used my Samsung phone. The battery died. It would not recharge. I have tried everything suggested on the internet, but after many attempts, I have given up. Apparerntly this is a common fault with Doogee phones. i found out later on the internet. great !! I bought a phone for £200 that is absolutely useless now because it will not recharge the battery. Big fault with Doogee phones. Not recommended.
Buyer be warned:
Buyer be warned:
After months dealing with Doogee, I strongly advise caution, especially if you expect warranty support to mean anything.
I bought a Doogee V31GT with extended warranty. It had a screen defect from early on and later developed a charging/data port failure. When I returned it under warranty, I had to pay international shipping myself. Despite Doogee’s stated 14–45 day repair timeframe, my phone was held for months with vague, conflicting explanations about where it was and what was happening.
Communication was poor and repetitive, with key points ignored — including the fact the device contained important personal data.
I was eventually pushed into a paid “upgrade” that was represented as US$150, but I was charged significantly more, including for add-ons I did not trust or meaningfully agree to.
To make matters worse, the replacement phone was stopped by New Zealand Customs due to Doogee declaring an incorrect value, triggering an importer licence requirement — entirely their error.
As of now, I have received neither a usable replacement nor a refund. The original phone is still unusable. The extended warranty was meaningless. I would not buy from Doogee again.
Totally useless.
No matter what I do I cannot get into it. I forgot my password so I followed instructions for a factory reset. Nothing works. It comes up with no commands. A total waste of money. Bought a Lenovo M9tab it's perfect.
dogee tablet broke within 18 months
dogee tablet broke within 18 months . and Dogee did not replace it ....they are crap customer service and the tablets are S**t
Unsatisfactory product unsatisfactory support
Bought my aging, infirm wife a model U10 tablet. In order to register the product online you need IMEI number. The way to get the number is to dial a sequence of characters into the dialer, the tablet does not come with a dialer. Contacted support, they wanted a video, a video? What video? The device does not have a numerical battery indicator, guess you have to guess. So, turns out that this device does not have an IMEI. Took pictures of the device, the box and sent it as an attachment via email with all the information, purchase number, dates and now I'm waiting for reply that I don't really expect. I've had good experience with Xiaomi and Oukitel, but this Chinese company is one to stay away from.
Kinda ok phones
Kinda ok phones, but customer service told me to look for spare parts on AliExpress and could not help with technical issues. Now I can't find a new cap for the USB port.
Their thermal cameras were, at some point, among the best available in phones. Batteries have been pretty bad and tend to overheat when fast charging. Also very stupid to make back cover of rugged phone out of glass.
Buyer beware !!
Phone was delayed as came from Hong Kong warehouse not UK. Therefore incurred custom charges which was nearly a third of the price of the actual mobile. It was so MUCH heavier than expected and requested a 30 return but kept getting past from pillar to post until I emailed every available email address. Its still not rectified this has been going on since June 2025 now November. So stuck with a mobile I want to return and a customs bill !! Great advertising but HIDEOUS customer service if you can ever get hold of them in the first place.
No support No warranty
Bought a tablet from DOOGEE Jan2024.
However 20 mths later it will not charge.
Contacted Amazon who contacted DOOGEE for me.
DOOGEE only send generic automated responses and will not honour the 2 yr warranty.
Disgraceful Customer Service and company has no honour.
I have purchased S119
I have purchased S119 , I liked it's features like memory and ram and battery size , and one of the features of this device the rear screen, and after using the device less than one month I found that the rear screen is hanged and not responding, and when talked to the local agent in JORDAN they informed me that you have to make a manf reset to solve this issue, neither that the solution is not logical but I have tried it,but finally the problem still the same, and I have contacted the Doggee mother company to explain the subject and to find me a solution but the same thing happened and asking me to make manf reset.
I don't recommend the device to any one since you will pay for features are not working
Phone simply not delivered - but eventually refunded!
I ordered a phone on their website and paid for extra shipping, expedited, 3 - 6 days. It is now 8 days or 6 business days later and despite numerous messages to them, I don't even have a shipping confirmation, let alone a date for the arrival. But the money has been taken from the account... I will now have to get the bank to claw this back, very annoying.
The reason I ordered a Doogee again is because I have had the Doogee S97Pro for three years and the phone has been perfect! I have been very happy with their last product, but not at all with their customer service.
Update: They have now answered, apologized and immediately offered a full refund, or to send the phone with a small refund as an apology. So when they finally did get in touch, it was good.
Based on the experience with their other products, I will continue using Doogees.
If you live in the USA, Do not buy DOOGEE products
The phone is great and has some great features I would love to mention... But I'm not going to talk about the phone at all! If you are in the USA, I highly recommend you avoid this phone and all DOOGEE products!! If you you live in China or Russia or India then you may be ok, but there are absolutely no repair or service outlets in the USA.
Purchased the S200 Plus in June of 2025. In September, just 3 months later, the rear display started to fail. Started with white vertical lines, then eventually went to a solid white screen and finally totally failed and had no display at all. The glass covering the rear screen also came loose and rattles around.
This phone is advertised as “rough” and “durable” and I have done nothing to the phone physically that would of caused the damage!
I contacted the Official Doogee Store site that I purchased the phone from. They recommended that I be sure the OS is up to date... That is like checking the oil in your car because you have a flat tire!
Along with that great quality technical advice they also requested all the purchase info as well as pictures/video of the problem like they were actually going to help.....
I provided them with that info but that was a waste of time because their response was to contact the seller I bought it from.... I informed them that they were the seller.... They then instructed me to contact Amazon through menu selections that don't even exist.
So further research showed that the seller that was ignoring and lying that they were not the seller was actually responding through support-service@doogee This is where you go for warranty service and they did absolutely nothing to assist with warranty repair or replacement!
I pulled out my warranty card and contacted sale at doogee dot cc as listed on the card, and they have ignored me and have never answered my emails. The warranty card also lists support-service at doogee dot com but as mentioned, they had already responded as the seller that didn't admit to selling me the phone and provided absolutely no help at all except clown like troubleshooting advice
They DO NOT stand behind their phones and play scammer games when you need warranty service.
I really liked the phone. Unfortunately it will be my first and last Doogee phone and I can not recommend you purchase one!
If you are in the USA I highly recommend you avoid all DOOGEE products

Physical Durability: Perfect
Camera quality: Awful
SystemUI: Awful (crashes all the time)
OS Adaptation: Awful (crashes all the time)
Support: Awful (took them 2+ weeks to answer to a simple question)
Do I recommend it? No. Do I feel trust in the brand? No.
Overall, 3/10 for the phone and 1/10 for the company.

Non existent customer service
Non existent customer service, wouldn't honour the warranty. Avoid like the plague!
Horrible company to deal with
Horrible company to deal with, they will NOT honor warranty. My phone lasted 5 months then died, I've spent last 2 month trying to get warranty with ZERO luck.
A terrible company
A terrible company. Zero customer service. I bought a tablet from them and it froze as soon as I turned it on. They said I had to pay for shipping to China even though it was sent from a local warehouse. I said I would get my bank to refund me, and then they agreed to refund postage. I sent them the tablet and they stopped replying to my messages.
My bank did a charge back so I received my refund, but Dogee then tried to take another payment from my account. Fortunately , my bank blocked
Do not buy from them
