Please do not travel with this company. They have no management in the foreign country. They outsource to other companies there. Worst trip ever to Tashkent. I made a booking with them to Tashkent for 45 people on Newyear 2024, they had to book our hotels, food and sightseeing. They made the worst possible arrangements for food, sightseeing and New Year evening also they made terrible 3rd class arrangements. They outsourced everything to a Tashkent based company and didn’t know anything in advance. They take all the money in advance so that we can’t make any changes nor suggestions.
DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM, THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE SCAM

Co-ordinated a trip to Mongolia with Dook Travels Naina Sahu. She was patient and co-operative and the guide in Mongolia, Tsa Tsa was excellent , very helpful and went out of her way to help with major issues.

The preliminary arrangements made by your front office, especially by Ms Poornima ji was helpful.There after the arrangements covering the flight, reception at the Moscow Airport and the Hotel arrangements were good.

Excellent service by Dook.. very quick in response!! Very efficient staffs.. they will arrange anything that we tell them. And the rates are also reasonable.. we went to Russia in 2023 and singapore in 2024. Both were amazing trips!!!

Honestly I will nominate Dook as Maharaja of CIS under the leadership of King Gopal Kapoor. Book your trip with Dook to CIS and you will feel like a prince . His commanders like Naina Sahni will give you that feeling and even Maharaja keeps an eye on all.
