It was a great experience with Holidaycrowdz for our travel to sikkim, Arunachal pradesh, Meghalaya, Andaman and Laddakh. The team is very supportive and well coordinated throughout our travel.

Our experience with our trip to Bali with Holiday Crowd Agency was very bad because of following reasons:

1. Agents of holiday crowd are not well coordinated and most importantly they denied what was said at time of drafting itenary. Later, the agent Priyanshi said that everything should have written confirmation, it means there is no word of mouth. I can give example- when I book itenary I clearly mentioned to include pool in my entry ticket to Cretya club and agent Ananya agree to it. Later when the driver took us their, he takes normal tickets without pool
2. ⁠Every time while on the trip- we have to ask for driver and other details, they didnt do it from their end. Also, they didn’t get any tickets in advance despite I asked them 25-30 times during 45days before trip. Because of this- tickets for kecak dance was sold out and they didn’t compensate
3. ⁠None of the indian agent of holiday crowd with whom I booked the itenary- Ananya, Priyanshi and Garvit are reachable and not responding to any of my messages.
4. ⁠Despite of mentioning 2 bottles each day- driver never gave us any water during our trip
5. ⁠Driver never took us to the place of dinner/lunch which we wanted to. He always say that their agent denied and asked for another place. Driver’s agent- Henry from Jiva Raya DMC is pathetic
6. ⁠Also, once I give cash to driver as an advance in good faith. However, driver agent Henry from Jiva Raya services are pathetic because he asked driver to not give the money back because we exceeded our day from 10 hours. However, we did only those spots which are well agreed in itenary and we paid for it already. This is proof where we cant trust holiday crowd and driver agency- Jiva Raya
7. ⁠One our first day- Driver Deni Janson without saying left us without taking us to dinner place. We waited for one hour and when we said this to Holiday crowd agent Ayu, then she said the driver was getting late. Such a ridiculous behaviour
8. ⁠On second last day- holiday crowd team didn’t asked driver to pay and let us go to kintamani volcano view. Driver lied and said that it volcano view can be seen from Batur Hot spring and if you want to go to kintamani volcano view- we have to pay ourselves. So many lies…
9. ⁠Lastly, our agent from holiday crowd and driver agent Riva Jaya were not at all coordinated and this wasted our 1-2 hours on 1st day.

Overall, I suggest that nobody should book from holiday crowd and Jiva Raya DMC (driver agent)

The entire trip to Phu Quoc island was extremely well planned and smoothly executed, making it truly stress-free and memorable.

The itinerary planning team did a fantastic job, and a special mention to Mr. Ranjith Yadhav, who was supportive, responsive, and attentive from our very first call till the end of the trip and very Patiently attending all our Queries and doubts and made everything Meet our budget. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and all our expectations were met exactly as promised. And thanks to Falak and Priyanshi to team up in ensuring everything was handled.

Highly recommend this Holiday crowd team to anyone looking for a well-organized and memorable travel experience. Thank you for making our trip so special! ✨✈️

Absolutely unacceptable service. This travel agent took my money and failed to provide even the most basic level of professionalism.

There was no proper briefing before travel—no clear itinerary, no guidance, and no explanation of arrangements. This negligence left me unprepared and inconvenienced throughout the trip.

The worst part was the complete lack of support in Malaysia. When I needed assistance, the agent was non-responsive, unavailable, and entirely unhelpful. Messages and calls were ignored, and there was zero accountability. A travel agent who disappears when their client is abroad is simply irresponsible.

This experience caused unnecessary stress in a foreign country and did not come close to justifying the money paid. I strongly advise against using this travel agent. Save yourself the trouble and choose someone professional and reliable.

Trip to Bali on New Year's

My trip to Bali in the last week of Dec 2025 was interesting and memorable one. The experience with HolidaysCrowd was hassle free & full of enjoyment. I tried new activities which was exhiliarating & thrilling. Even the stay & transport arrangements were good. I recommend HolidaysCrowd for your amazing international travel experience.

A Memorable Andaman Trip with Holidays Crowd

We recently visited Andaman to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and the entire experience was truly memorable. The trip was well planned, seamless, and perfectly suited for a special occasion like ours.

Excellent service provided by Holidays crowd team and specially Falak. She was able to resolve all queries and problems very quickly.

We travelled to Bali, Indonesia through Holiday Crowd. It was very good experience with them. Hotel selection was good, travel arrangement that includes pickup from airport, sightseeing and drop to airport was 10 on 10. Driver Maka was very caring, soft spoken and punctual. We have completed our destinations on time in full. Selection of Villa was fabulous. Selection of Ferry (BOAT) was also good. We were getting all the entry tickets of every location before time. Would highly recommend the company to be tried.

My Bali family tour of 7 days for 4 adults was planned well and executed flawlessly by Holidays Crowd. We enjoyed fully in the best budget and every event went off very well. Overall a good experience as this was my first solo trip. The hotels and the travel arrangements were good. It would be great if the team also appoints a local tour guide within the package.

We, 17 people, booked through to Gangtok from Chennai for 8 days through holdays crowd. The arrangement made by the company is excellent. The travel arrangement and hotel arrangement are fantastic. We enjoyed a lot as a group. The selected hotels are reliable for cleanliness, food and hospitality.

We booked logistics for 10 days and travelled in Meghalaya and Sikkim. Professional drivers, good response and had great trip. My five stars to them.
