Great store and brilliant collection of doors. I was after one internal door, I friendly guy called Craig approached and he showed us around a wide variety of doors, I ended up buying 4 internal doors, I asked about wooden floors, he explained about all the floors, long story short, Craig sold me 4 doors and 2 wooden floors..Lol Craig could sell snow to the Eskimos and oil to the Arabs..Thank you Craig fir been very helpful..

I recently bought a beautiful and I mean beautiful front door from the Door Store, Boucher Road. First of all I was amazed at all the colours, door variations and accessories that were available. I was served by Gary ( the manager). He was very attentive, knowledgeable and patient while I took time choosing my front door. There was NO pushy sales talk, instead it was a smooth and happy experience. He explained everything with great clarity. I am delighted with my purchase and would very highly recommend this shop!

Nice doors but the fitter recommended by Doorstore made the difference. Colin Quinlan did a super job fitting our two double and two single doors. Making good the previous incursions into the door fames from mortice and hinge rebates. Took is time to get it right and we're very pleased with the result. 10/10 Colin!

The Doorstore team at Reading were helpful and kept my purchased door in storage until it could be collected. Colin Quinlan installed the door: he was polite and professional and did a very good job. I would certainly use Colin for any future carpentry job. The final product is very pleasing, with the glass panel letting light into the house and also now hung in a more convenient way.

Pleasant experience Jason was extremely helpful and friendly on helping me pick the doors and handles i wanted to go for would recommend anyone looking for new doors. Thank you again for all your help Jason

Door came broken months ago still haven't received a refund

Order 11 doors, waited a week for an update. Ended up emailing them to find out that they never received my order, but was then told my order had doors missing and would I like the doors they had to be sent out and refunded for the missing ones. So not sure of the reason for not get my order. Canceled it as doors were missing. Now this was last year and I just got a confirmation email for my order today 25/04 and a trustpilot review.

Outstanding customer service from Marc at the Reading outlet. Very helpful with good product knowledge. I needed an extra box of LVT flooring due to the very awkward shape and size of the room which exceeded my cutting percentages. This was no trouble at all and Marc went the extra mile to ship that day for delivery as soon as possible so that I could finish the job. Also excellent communication from their preferred carriers.

A great service all round and I will not hesitate to use them again.

Exceedingly good customer service elevates The Door Store above all competitors. My wife and I purchased 7 doors, handles, etc from Fin at the Reading branch in January. We were very impressed at the time with the professional, attentive and "there to help" attitude of all staff. Then a couple of weeks ago, I ordered what I thought were matching keyhole covers online. Unfortunately the ones delivered were a different finish. Within 15 minutes (!) of my email reporting this to the online sales team, Fin called from Reading to address the issue - now that is impressive! Add to this the very high quality of our purchases and there is absolutely nothing they could do better. The team are a credit to The Door Store.

Recently bought some new internal doors and handles from the Door Store at Boucher Road, Belfast. Great service and advice from Jason initially, and Johnathan as I was undecided on what style to choose. Doors fitted by John Paul and Nathan who did a great job, professional service and nothing was a problem as they tweaked a few other doors for me too.

Always the best staff and pleasant to deal with. Gary at Boucher is the ultimate professional.

We just bought 8 new interior doors from door store , Stuart the assistant on the floor that helped us choose the type of door and even colour , while I wanted white my wife wanted grey and Stuart also thought grey would make more of a impact , well young man you where 100 % correct Thank you for your help and advice 5 star rating .

We recently purchased 12 oak doors with locks, handles and hinges from The Door Store, Portman Road, Reading. We bought 5 for the ground floor in November 23 and, because they were so good, we bought 7 for the first floor in January 24. Each time we had friendly, professional and experienced sales advice, nothing was too much trouble. The first 5 doors were fitted by Phillip Design who were great, very experienced and professional. They were not available to fit the 7 upstairs so we engaged Colin from Quinlan Carpentry who was very thorough and professional, an excellent carpenter and joiner. All doors were expertly fitted and we are very pleased with the 12 doors and the overall lovely change it has made to our house. Thank you all.

Am absolutely delighted with my experience with the floor store.
Firstly the reception and guidance from the professional and courteous sales adviser, Jason two weeks ago to the arrival and fitting of my new floor today. The professional team JP and Nathan arrived at the crack of dawn and have done a wonderful job fitting my new floor.
