Incredible customer service, quick response, and absolutely lovely to deal with, and the product is amazing!

The pillow was not a good fit for me so I reqested a refund. The response was immediate on a weekend with an offer to "fix" if possible with several options. When none of these would work for me they did issue a full refund with no hassle. I will donate the pillow since it could be a good fit for someone else. I would rank customer service as exceptional.

I would give 5 stars for the customer survive alone. Thank you!!!

Actually amazing customer service, I wasn't satisfied with my purchase and they were super quick to respond and initiate a refund, highly recommend.

I purchased an orthopedic pillow with the 60-day no risk trial period. Unfortunately I didn't find the pillow to be helpful to my sleep, but customer service was extremely helpful and easy when it came to offering me either an exchange for a different pillow or a refund. I'd have no trouble recommending dosaze to anyone who wants to try one of their products for the customer service experience alone.

I have some pillows for my bed.And they are wonderful.
I ordered some of the travel neck pillows and they did not suit me very well. However, the company made it right. It's so refreshing to work with an ethical company. I will continue to order other products in the future.

Mattress topper came. Unfortunately didn't agree with me. They do a free trial and refunded me within a week. Very happy

Dosaze shipped promptly and were true to their word about returns.

So, the contour pillow for side and back sleepers didn’t work out for me. And I think that has less to do with the pillow and more about me. But it’s the customer service that really warrants 5 stars. Very helpful in guiding me through their other products and supporting me through the refund process. Give them a try!

The customer service at Dosaze is exceptional, Melvin has been very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process with finding a pillow to suit my needs. Unfortunately the contoured pillow (both firm and soft options) did not suit me. I am a side and back sleeper, but found whenever I slept on my back that my neck was being pinched into an awkward position and I would wake up unable to move my neck. I didn’t try the adjustable pillow, as I feel I’ll definitely need more support than it offers and so I was able to receive a refund after re-gifting my pillow. I would give the customer service at Dosaze 5 stars, but of course unfortunately for me the product was not suitable at all, but everyone is different. Having the 60-day guarantee really makes a difference, as I’ve tried a few $200 pillows so far which has been money down the drain. I would definitely recommend at least trying their products even if you are unsure.

I purchased a cooling mattress topper for over $300 as a gift. The recipients later told me it was useless because of the way it was designed. I knew we were past the 60 day return window but I contacted Dosaze to see what we could work out. Maybe a discount on a future purchase or something. They said that since we were past the 60 day window there was nothing they could do for me. Given the cost of the item I felt that something could be done but there was nothing offered.

I am so happy with the outstanding customer service I have received from the Dosaze team.
Buying products online can be a challenge.
When I recached out to the Dosaze team to let them know the pillows i ordered did not work out for me.
I was expecting a long drawn out process to return them but to my surprise i received a follow up within minutes offering to take the pillows back and also offering me to try another pillow that may work better for me free of charge

Not many companies respond to customer returns like this and not many go out of there way to find solutions for a customer who may or may not buy there product

I am looking forward to trying the new pillow.

I would 100% recommend tying a pillow from Dosaze

A friend excitedly suggested I try the neck support pillow as it had cured her issues so I promptly ordered. I am very petite and unfortunately the original pillow I was sent, which was of extremely high quality, was too high and firm. In discussion with Dosaze they suggested I try their softer option, which they promptly sent at no additional charge. That, too, unfortunately did not work so they again promptly offered to refund, but with the request to donate the pillows, which I happily did as they were really high quality and someone else will find relief and have wonderful nights sleep. I highly recommend trying their products as they are an incredible company to deal with.

I ordered the regular dosaze pillow.
It was not a fit for me because it was too high.
The customer service was exceptional, they sent me a softer version for free to see if it would help the height.
It did not so I was refunded but asked to donate the pillows. I like that they care for sustainability.
So although the pillows didn’t work for me, I recommand the company because of the customer service.

I ordered Dosaze’s regular pillow in the hopes that it would help with neck pain. I unfortunately just found the pillows to be much too thin for my liking. It just felt to me like I was almost just laying my head on the mattress. I’m sure their pillows are great for someone who doesn’t like thick pillows though. Their customer service was phenomenal though and they were very easy to work with for a refund.

The pillows we ordered did not work out for us, but the Dosaze customer support was amazing! They refunded our purchase and asked us to find a place to donate the pillows rather than return them. we appreciate their sustainability concerns and will be finding a new home for the pillows we we unable to use.
