The customer service is fantastic. I unfortunately had to return the mattress topper I had as it didn't quite help with my back despite the high quality. But they made the return process super easy, and I really appreciate their commitment to sustainability as well. Would definitely recommend their products.

I love my pillow, and the customer service has been beyond great!!

I purchased a pillow which I could not get on with. The company kindly suggested a different pillow which was delivered promptly but unfortunately still did not suit me. I donated the pillows to a charity and dozase refunded me. I am very grateful for their support and prompt replies.

Since my doctor advised me that the wedge pillow would not be useful for my condition is the reason I needed to return it. I was very pleased how quickly I got the pillow, especially including the bonus pillow which was such a nice gesture celebrating Mother’s Day. Allowing me 60 days to try this pillow is phenomenal! I would rate this company as being outstanding in customer relations! Anything I could say about this company in serving their customers is superior! Dosaze is the company I would go back to time and time again!

Excellent customer service and environmentally conscious.

This is an unusual review because we asked to return the topper but the experience however was 5 stars. I had a past hip replacement and having a lot of trouble sleeping at night. I ordered the side sleeper topper and tried it for a few nights. I had to stop sleeping on it because it didn't help with the pain. I contacted Dosaze and the support team suggested another topper. The suggested topper was medium to firm as they didn't have a softer one available. I turned the offer down as that I didn't think the suggested topper would work being still on the firm side. The Support team immediately credited my account and told me to recycle the topper. I believe that was very fair and appreciate they stood behind their trail free promise. Other companies offer this but make it difficult for the buyer. If you think a topper will help you I'm telling you that if it doesn't work they stand behind their promises. Thank you,

Fantastic customer service-- even responded during the weekend! I ordered a travel neck pillow based on good reviews. Unfortunately, the pillow was too tall and didn't fit because I have a small and short neck. However, the quality of the pillow is much better than ones I've tried. The outer fabric is smooth and comfortable and the memory foam is supportive. The return process was seamless, which I very much appreciated.

The customer service is top notch. They are quick to respond and to offer a resolution. I was impressed by their level of care to making sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

Wow wow wow wow wow!!!! Cannot say enough wonderful things about the Dosaze customer service team and experience I had. Unfortunately, the pillow I ordered just wasn’t the right fit for my husband but the return process couldn’t have been easier or more seamless. Truly unbelievable customer service, which is so rare these days. Can’t recommend ordering from this company enough as they’re truly there to support you and just want to see their products go to good use!

This mattress pad is VERY comfortable, my husband had the BEST night sleep. Unfortunately I have a ton of skin issues and ended up being allergic to something in it. Honestly, the customer service went above and beyond for me. The best I've ever experienced. I will refer all of my friends and family to Dosaze.

The pillows are great. Unfortunately, they couldn't help with my wife's specific case, but the customer service was top-class: quick responses, options provided, and no questions or deferrals about a refund in the end. Will recommend and buy again for the rest of the family when we need it. Very good experience.

The pillow seems to work great for some, however, it really wasn't doing my neck any favors. I guess everybody's body is different. However, I am extremely pleased with the very easeful process of getting a refund and in general, just the amazingly helpful customer service. They were offering to trade it for alternative pillows that they have, which I really appreciated their willingness to help in the entire process

I ordered a mattress topper and the orthopedic pillow because I've been having neck and shoulder pain caused by nerve issues and I thought they would help me alleviate it. The topper did not help with my specific condition (my physical therapist said I actually need a firm mattress) but the orthopedic pillow has helped and I really like it. I returned the mattress topper and my experience with customer service was great. They were very helpful and accommodating, and I got a refund. I would definitely buy from Dosaze again and I will recommend it to my friends and family.

I ordered both height size ortho pillows and found for my small frame 5’2 being a side and back sleeper that the smaller height is much better as the company suggests. Bought for neck pain and shoulder pain. UNFORTUNATELY neither worked for me ONLY because I am used to sleeping on an easily movable flat feather down pillow. (hence my neck pain) I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly with a refund and recommending donation of the pillows! I WISH the pillow worked out for me. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for their products and customer support!!😀

Their customer service is fabulous. The memory foam Cervical Orthopedic pillow didn’t work for me. A full refund was given.
