Below is the email I wrote to dotmalls.com:

To the Customer Service Representative,

Your company website, misrepresented the product I received. The website stated that the picture materials were "driftwood" and "sea glass". There is NO driftwood in the picture, merely a drawn branch. The depth of the picture states it is "1-inch", when in fact, it is a flat piece of white posterboard (see photos below). Your website clearly shows a 3-dimensional piece of art with the glass birds fixed to an actual driftwood branch.

Additionally, the pictures on the website show a picture framed and much larger than the picture I received. This constitutes FRAUD and I expect an immediate, complete refund. This SCAM item is not even worth the postage it would take to return the piece of posterboard! (See information and pictures from your website).

very poor. Item I ordered was not what was described. Love notes item.
The birds made out of sea glass were just stones glued to a piece of paper with beaks painted on the paper. Stones fell off the paper.
it was described as birds made out of sea glass on birchwood.
I was offered an $8 refund. When I refused they offered 15 and keep the item. $45 for 10pieced of little glass.
My fault for not researching this website.

I purchased a pet toy from dotmalls.com, and I am extremely disappointed with their service. I reached out to their customer service via email within a mere 5 minutes of making the purchase, requesting to cancel the order. However, they only responded a whole day later, informing me that the order had already been shipped and could not be canceled.
This is definitely a scam site, please don't buy anything from them!! I strongly advise anyone considering shopping on dotmalls.com to think twice. Their service quality and customer care are evidently in need of improvement.Also, I'm pretty sure it's a Chinese company and if you want to return it, you have to pay a high shipping fee! ! Stay away ! !

this chinese co is junk...sent me something a 3rd grader would have made---don't fight with these crooks either just dispute it thru your credit card...

I ordered a remote control car three weeks ago still have not received it. I have emailed Dr. Moss 10 times maybe more to see where my car is and no one has gotten back with me so I don’t know if I got scammed I don’t know if this is a good site, but as of right now, I do not like it but I really really really like the car. I was going to get for my seven year old grandson for Christmas and Christmas is in three days and I still have not received it or received an email explaining what was going on so that’s horrible business to me by any chance, does anybody have a phone number for Dotmalls call somebody?

ordered three mugs two weeks ago. Have screenshots of correspondence. no order # on anything, that should have been a warning. I will have to go to my bank and make a fraud claim.

Absolute garbage. About $5 worth of tin. Amazing what a good photographer can do. Lipstick on a pig is still a pig.

I am having the worst experience with this company. I ordered the coastal birds item and I am being 100% honest when I say my 5 year old could make something better. I paid $44.98 for what appeared to be real seaglass mounted on a branch to look like colored birds. Description says real seaglass..it is not. Also says 1" depth which would make you believe it's in a shadow box on a real branch, it was a drawn on branch with sharpie or possibly a photo of a branch on flimsy cardstock. Also the cardstock has creases in it I assume it got bent in shipping. The "birds" were hot glued on and they left all the glue strands on it. So bad. I contacted them to return it immediately. They tried to get me to keep it saying it would cost $50-$80 to ship back to them! How is that? I paid $44.98 total? Then they offered me $8.00 to keep it when I contacted PayPal. I am sickened that companies do this to people. I am now waiting for PayPal to review it. Please do not order from this company!!

Do not buy from this company. Lost pack- Apparently the package was delivered with a signature. That's not possible. We were still working- no replacement or a refund. No Paypal Buyer protection- They claim that the package was allegedly delivered with a signature. Nice circumstance. They don't cover themselves with fame. Lost money, no gift for Xmas. Thumbs up.

The glass birds on a stick item is a fraud. The stick is printed, the birds' legs and beaks are printed, and it's just a bunch of small stones glued onto a piece of paper. Totally unlike what was advertised and fraudulent. Do not buy anything from this company.

Dotmalls' "Metal Birds" are nothing like the ad photos. The actual item is much cheaper, flatter and less detailed. Very disappointed in the false advertising. And since they were a "Sale" item, there is no return/refund.

Scam Company. Scan the Credit Card and disappear. I haven't read the "Guidelines for Reviewers" but I suspect there is not ONE satisfied customer. Fn Crooks....

False advertising of product characteristics then did not homor the advertised 100 percent money back guarantee. They are croocks selling cheap Chinese crap.

I have been reading other complaints and unfortunately, mine is the same. The advertised picture shows birds on an actual stick branch and wire feet attaching them to the branch. What I received is a printed picture of a branch and stones glued to the picture. Sorely disappointed.

My three year old granddaughter can glue rocks on paper. The advertisement shows shadows of the driftwood, this "display" was drawn on a piece of paper and not very good. The birds beaks don't even touch their face! COMPLETE JUNK!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I ordered a pair of boots that were advertised as good arch support. Far from the truth here. It’s like walking on a 2X4 in bare feet. I had these on for 10 minutes & had to kick them off. Very UNCOMFORTABLE! Refund, forget it! Offered me $8.00 on a $60.00 pair of boots. Are you kidding me?! These boots came in a bag, a very small bag. One other company I order from does the same. Everything shipped out in bags! These are not made in USA. Not a good boot. I haven’t read a good review on here. Hummmm

I ordered Dotmalls "Stained Glass Birds on Branch Desktop" items. They looked so good advertised but once I received them they were a very big disappointment. Nothing but cheap pad printing on sheet metal. I bought them for friend's gifts but afterwards they looked so bad I'm ashamed to give them. Past this item and company by. Trust me on this one.

The quality is laughable and they make returns virtually impossible. I spent $90 and was offered an $8 refund! Do not shop with this company!

Boots were not anything like they were advertised. They promoted ach support, there was none. My feet hurt just trying them on in my living room. I loved the style & colors & felt the price was right if they would have been the boots they advertised. They came all wadded up in 1 bag. I just read the return policy & it said they needed to be returned in original bag. There is no way to scrunch the 2 pairs back into the bag. Wish I would have read the poor reviews before I ordered. I feel like I've been scammed.
