Mini ball chandelier
I purchased a mini ball chandelier for my son’s bedroom. The communication was excellent. The light arrived in a couple of days. Packed very well. The light is easy to assemble and arrived in perfect condition which is unusual with a lot of things these days. I would not hesitate buying from this company again. Fantastic service.

No response to my email
I sent an email entitled ‘Order 799848’ on 23.02.2026, advising that the light bulbs I received as part of my order were faulty, and requested a replacement. I have not received a response despite waiting a week, the light fittings and switches are really lovely quality but the customer service has been non-existent, which is really disappointing.

A good ordering system but I discovered by their silence that they don’t respond to issues within 48 hours; in my case a failed/non delivery by DPD. After chasing them up they immediately replaced my order and DPD delivered, eventually!

Fast and efficient service and great help from customer services.
I've ordered from D&R before and always been extremely satisfied.
With my most recent order DPD claimed they had delivered the package, but hadn't. DPD were completely unhelpful, so I rang D&R's customer services. Not only did they locate it for me and gave me the address where it had been incorrectly delivered, they also reassured me that if there was any rain damage to the products they would immediately send a new order.
Fortunately the products appear fine, although yet to be fitted.
Great service and would highly recommend the company.

Changed sockets and switches to matt…
Changed sockets and switches to matt black. Also changed to 3 gang smart dimmer to enable dumb LED. Integration to Philips Hue and Alexa went really smooth so now I am able to control my LED using the new dimmers as well as from my App which is a cool feature (and security)
