Delivered to wrong address
Delivered to wrong address. Took a picture and stated it was received by 'Tracy' which was not the case at all. Delivered to another address, put on doorstep, rang bell and left, they answered door and was about to tell the driver it was not their package but he was already driving off. £200.00 of goods dumped without a signature, waiting for someone to answer door and incorrect house. I knew it had been delivered to the wrong place as no one came to my house as I checked the ring doorbell footage. Bad service.

My parcel was due to be delivered…
My parcel was due to be delivered between 10:45 and 11:45. As of 17:00 it hasn’t turned up and I’ve had absolutely no communication from DPD.
I spoke to an agent online and they couldn’t tell me when the parcel may arrive and they couldn’t remove the safe place request from my delivery either. A total waste of time trying to speak to them.
