nigel is always friendly and…

nigel is always friendly and professional. always on time with my deliveries.
i like the app to notify when a parcel is due to be delieverd and gives an option to track where the delivery driver is especially if i have had to leave the house i know exactly when they will be arriving.
always liked DPD and never had a problem with the service. keep up the great work!

Totally hopeless / driver named Everton…

Totally hopeless / driver named Everton noted no body home and could not deliver . I’ve been home and standing at the front window looking at the road - no van no driver / what a load of . DPD are hopeless this is not my first bad experience / they don’t care at all . Was waiting for medical supplies very serious
