Delivery almost 3 hours late, with badly damaged box.
Delivery was almost 3 hours late. Delivery tracking information only updated to say driver would be with me soon. On delivery eight ordered items were all within one large box. This outer box had completely come apart. I mentioned the state of it to the driver and he just said he had a lot of boxes in his van. No apology for being late and no apology for the severely damaged packaging. Delivery man just rested this large disheveled box across my door step; I could not move it nor get past it to remove individual items. It's the worst delivery I've ever had.
