Parcel delivered to the door
Parcel was delivered on time, however we were not at home and the driver left it at the front door in full view of a main road. He could have put it behind the front wall which would have hidden it from anyone passing by.

Delivery instructions routinely ignored
I have a mobility issue, and live on the second floor of a building with no secure entry, which has been the focus of various porch pirates. No matter how many ways I indicate in my profile that I would be grateful if parcels could be left at my flat door, and that the building door is not a safe place to leave things, nine times out of ten, they're just chucked on the mat inside the open door. I have had multiple drivers lie about attempting deliveries when I've been home all day with my perfectly working doorbell entirely untroubled, even sending pictures of my parcel clearly in their van and claiming that they've delivered them. Customer service is also useless.
I should make it clear that I don't blame the drivers, either. I blame the company for giving them entirely unrealistic, gruelling timeframes in which to complete their deliveries, and for unethically firing drivers who complain about pay and conditions.
DPD is a racket and if you're a business considering using them, please don't. They don't treat their drivers or customers well, and it shows.

The driver did not leave what was…
The driver did not leave what was expected, ie new sky Q box with all the necessary equipment. As a result, even though my wife asked to change the power lead and remote, the power lead for the new box is different. When the sky leaflet states what’s included,that’s what I expect . I’m now without sky services due to this issue

Driver was really helpful
Driver was really helpful as we were just going out the door and was over the road from us and made sure we stayed 1 minute longer to make sure we got our delivery which was food and he didn't want it to get ruined! Really appreciate him speeding up his service to make sure we got our parcel before we went out!
