Worst service ever.

Not for the first time, my parcel just did not arrive, nobody contacted me, nobody answered via phone, email, contact forms or chat, and the tracked parcel results as on its way to be delivered for endless days.

Worst service ever, frankly in the future the only way would be avoiding all companies that use DPD.

Disgusting

Why companies like DPD are allowed to handle my packages is beyond me. Unfortunately I had no control over who delivers my package in the final part of the delivery. I hoped for Ceska Posta since at least I can just get my package at their office nearby. But this mockery of a delivery company got my package instead. They have made zero attempts to contact me when delivery didn't quite work - they said the address is wrong, while it is not. And now I have no idea what is going on, I only know that I paid taxes to get this package across EU borders and whether I lose my money or not depends on a company like DPD.

TERRIBLE customer service (behind the driver)

Ok, we've had deliveries come by way of DPD for a couple years and the past couple (regular) drivers servicing our area is quite good. However, we've had a package go missing and contacting DPD is not possible.

There system for package tracking is great - if it worked. If driver attempts delivery and recipient not present, driver leaves is apparently supposed to leave a note that includes a personal code. No personal code = no tracking package online through their illustrious "kuryr" app. So with not other online option, you call customer service and wait on hold for 21:45, whereby an automated message is delivered stating that they cannot take your call and to please call back later. (Sure thing)

Since the call, two unanswered emails. I'll take a stab at depot pickup tomorrow. But seriously, absolutely zero, crap customer service. Unsure how the company operates in other markets, but it is abominable here where package goes missing. This is a company that absolutely does not care and it only takes one incident to realize this.

NEVER AGAIN

NEVER AGAIN - THEY´VE LOST MY PACKAGE FROM THE UK. Absolutely horrible service! It´s not possible to call their customer service line, no answers for e-mails. They´ve lost my package which I´ve sent from the UK. 2 months ago I sent 2 boxes together, they´ve delivered only one and the second box full of my work clothes, ball dresses, t-shirts has been lost and they don´t know where it is. And I don´t talk about horrible experience with contacting them. They sent this box back and told me, they hadn´t know, where this is, because it hadn´t been within their company. What??????? the delivery is lost and DPD is doing nothing....

No professionalism at all, complete disaster

Call center is a shame, level of professionalism of the staff I dealt with on the same level, or even worse.
Waiting for parcel 10 days, page shows it will be delivered particular day - it isn't. I call and wait 30 minutes to be disconnected. They're not able to answer why, when, nothing. Time wasters...

Had stopped using this company to …

Had stopped using this company to receive my parcels from Uk to Prague, Czech Republic as I always get the same bad customer service over and over again. Messages like I was not at home when I would be home waiting for the parcel. if they could make an effort of ringing the doorbells it would be of great help. The delivery guys should not be lazy because such laziness causes a lot of us inconveniences.

DPD Czech Republic - Useless, unreliable and unprofessional

My parcel was due for delivery today 5.10. I received a telephone call this morning from the courier asking if I'd be home at 11 am. I said yes.

Subsequently came an SMS from DPD with a *different time* of 11:45-12:45, a time when I was supposed to be at work. I messaged the courier using the DPD online system (message appears on the courier's scanner) to come to a nearby address if he was coming at this new time of 11:45-12:45.

At 11:30 am, I saw on the online DPD system that the courier was 3 minutes away on a nearby street.

At 11:40 I received a call from the courier stating he was not able to make it to my location even though he was around the corner. He asked if he could deliver it around 1 pm to the original home address. I agreed.

Details of the courier’s location then disappeared from the online system. It appears that "staying connected with customers" is purely at the convenience of DPD, not the customer.

At 1:05 pm, the online DPD system stated the courier had attempted to deliver the parcel but had not been able to. This is a lie. No DPD van or courier has come anywhere near my building since 12:50 pm. The courier's exact location is still a mystery - not showing on the online DPD tracker.

DPD Czech Republic and UPS Czech Republic are two peas in a pod. Useless, unreliable and unprofessional.

I can't fault their complaints department, they're obviously trying to stamp out the bag eggs in their customer services department.

Never even tried to deliver my parcel before returning it to sender

After waiting several days for my delivery I checked the DPD website to track my order - the website said they were unable to deliver my parcel due to a query with the address, but I checked the address they had and it was correct (the map function on the webpage even had a pin on my exact address). I tried calling them but after waiting for ages I never got through. I then tried using their website to get my parcel taken to the nearest drop off point instead. I thought this would resolve the problem but when I checked their tracking page the next day they had labelled my parcel as 'being returned to sender'.

So after having my parcel at their depo for two weeks already without any attempt to deliver to my address or the drop off point they sent it back. Their service is just terrible! I would strongly discourage anyone from using them!

Shockingly bad.

Parcel went out for delivery on the 27th. Tried ringing their call centre but after an hour they have still not answered.

Thought I would start a new review area for their Czech operations ;)

- Update. Finally got through to be told they have passed is to Amazon (item was not bought on Amazon). Phone jockey says I need to ring Amazon about it. Asked what the Amazon number was but the phone jockey didn't know the number to call!!!
