Takes forever to get a response to a sales enquiry by email. Savile Row shop staff are charmingly vacant, disengaged and fine specimens of the minor British public school dunce - when I told them I was a 34" waist it was suggested I try the 32" on the rack to save the trouble of fetching a 34" from the stock room. Haven't had a problem with the clothes (yet) and vaguely pleased, if surprised, to see they still exist.

Fast delivery, good quality, pretty color!

The parcel is stuck in customs and the support needs 72 hours to reply. Although you take care of fees and taxes, I have been ask by DHL to give a customs clearance authorization which my results in additional costs…

DO NOT SHOP HERE! VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Really disappointed with the customer experience in Drake’s Savile Row store today. I was served by Babbington who forgot to bring me a glass of water and take my email/street address details for the out of stock item I was looking to purchase. He seemed uninterested and distracted so I politely declined further assistance and left the store. The plan was to shop here for my wedding later in the summer but respectfully I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Everything about the product ist just awesome. I’ll purchased the set of 3 Oxford Button down for the second time. The only thing to complain ist the shipping to Germany and coming with this the hustle withe the toll. Maybe leaving the EU wasn’t such a good idea.

Sizing for me with Drakes is often tricky.

For my most recent purchase, the Green Waxed Coverall Jacket, I opted to purchase a size 42, which ended up on the short side in the sleeves and across the back, (albeit chest and body fine), so I decided to buy the 44 which has that little bit more room across the back and to layer underneath, as well as giving that relaxed look. I would say that the sleeves are still too short, with shirt sleeves hanging well below the jacket cuff. (I am 6´3¨, typically a 46´´ chest and 110kg.)

I ordered the larger replacement and tried both on, and decided on returning the 42.

As always, delivery and service was reliable. Replacement came within 3-4 days and my refund for the returned jacket was back in my account within a week of arriving back at Drakes. All very seamless.

As a side note - I would love it if Drakes made one sizer larger for all their over shirts and jumpers to accommodate the slightly larger chested, shouldered individual (XXXL).

The customer care service was really great.
