Clippers are terrible and customer service is worse.

Clippers are terrible and customer service is even worse. I had to contact them to find my order. Then I got it used it once and it never worked again. I reached out numerous times returned in the return window and the company ghosted. Take your money to a more reputable customer service friendly brand. I have emails of their horrible products and customer service.

Extremely bad service

I bought a blade from them in November but didn't need to replace it right away so I waited and used it this weekend and then the blade pulls instead of cutting hair and they refuse to make a return or refund. I think it's really bad of them and I think they should do the right thing for themselves and send the money back and they are also rude in their emails

You purchased this blade over six months ago, in November, and it was dispatched and delivered promptly in perfect condition. Now, more than half a year later, you're reporting that it's pulling hair and are requesting a prepaid return label and a replacement.

To be clear, blades are a consumable item and not covered under warranty by any manufacturer - especially not after this length of time. Pulling hair is typically caused by normal wear from use or a simple blade misalignment, not a product fault.

While you’ve claimed the blade was only used for the first time this past weekend, that’s neither verifiable nor in line with standard expectations for professional tools purchased six months ago.

We’ve responded to your request professionally and fairly, and our position is fully aligned with industry standards.

No response

I placed an order with them. I added my cart and paid with Apple Pay at checkout, but one of the products I had previously selected wasn't added. I contacted them so they could cancel the order or at least pay for the product separately and include it in the same order. (Since shipping to my country was expensive, I didn't want to pay twice.) After contacting them, I didn't receive a response, and they sent the package anyway.

Thanks for your review. Just to clarify, our website does not remove items from the cart during checkout — the final items and total are clearly displayed before payment is confirmed. Unfortunately, your request to cancel the order came in after it had already been dispatched, and we aren't able to cancel or modify orders once they leave our warehouse.

We do note that you placed another order three days later, and in that case, when you requested a cancellation, we were able to process it immediately and issue a full refund — because the order had not yet shipped.

Our customer service team responded promptly and did everything within our power to help, so the 1-star rating doesn't reflect the full picture.

Fast shipping, helpful customer service

The shipping was relatively fast the clipper arrived in 5 working days to Hungary.

I would refute the comments where they said the Support isn’t answering, in my case they did within 20 minutes or so.(I had a few questions)

The clippers I bought are good quality.
I’d recommend buying from them.
